InOverMyHead 1st ever grow attempt (well, technically 2nd- 1st seed was a dud and never sprouted).
Diesel Auto
12/8 - Soaked seed overnight
12/9 - Paper towel for approx. 36 hours until taproot showed (already better success than the first run!)
12/10 - Transferred to solo cup (w/ drainage holes) using Happy Frog soil with added perlite. Added humidity dome and placed under a table lamp w/ 60w incandescent bulb for warmth.
12/11 - We have a sprout!
12/12 - Removed humidity dome and moved into tent. Conditions are not the best in my cold and dry basement (60F & 25% RH without light or humidifier running). With light and humidifier on, tent is sitting around 68F & 62% RH (0.88 VPD). I've tried bringing the temp up with a small space heater but it kills the humidity and becomes a rapid-spiking temp/RH battle. I've decided to let it ride in the cooler-than-ideal but stable conditions.
12/15 - Tweaked some things over the past couple days and have the temp averaging around 72F and 62% RH (1.0 VPD). She was a bit leggy from her first days under an incandescent bulb so I added just a little more soil/perlite to the solo cup to ensure she stays upright.

InOverMyHead Not much to comment on yet this week. She's growing a little bit every day and I'm just happy she's still alive!
12/21 (Day 11 since sprout)-Saw some roots peeking through the drain holes so will be prepping to transplant into final 5 gallon pot within the next couple days.
2 weeks old, just transplanted to 5 gallon pot. Looks a bit droopy which I suspect is overwatering. My question though is she seems short. Leaves are growing more every day but not gaining in height. Is this normal? Too much light? 24/0, PPFD 250 (if I measured correctly).
Hello my friend, this response is logic after transplanting. Your light is definitely not too strong and enough for this phase of the grow. But 18/6 schedule is better in my opinion. I did a few test runs with Autoflowers on 18/6 and 20/4 and 24/0 and the 18/6 gave the best results.
So long story short, this response is from transplanting. My advice change the light schedule to 18/6
Merry Christmas buddy! 💚
You have short internodal space. You say you have a ppfd measurement but I have had this problem and I find raising the light a bit. I find starting higher up and only lowering when they stretch some.

InOverMyHead 12/24 (2 weeks since sprout) -Transplanted into 5 gallon pot. Looking a little droopy which I suspect is from overwatering.
12/25 - Perked up a lot the day after transplant and has grown significantly.

InOverMyHead 12/31-Day 21-Still going strong, looks healthy to my untrained eye.
InOverMyHead 1/15-Started developing yellow/brown spots last week. Gave first feeding of FF Trio at 1/3 strength a couple days ago but she's continuing to look worse. More spots, lack of color and droopy leaves.
Started developing yellow/brown spots last week. Watering approx 2L every 3 days. Soil is HF/OF/perlite mix. Gave first feeding of FF Trio at 1/3 strength 2 days ago but she's continuing to look worse. More spots, lack of color and droopy leaves.
"Help me, help me" that's what your roots are telling you.
Your roots have no o2 and having difficulties taking up nutrients.
Lower your feeds with water. Let her dry out. You've many issues. Let's fix this and then you can give a light foliar spray. Try not wet the bud sites.
A low Epsom salt foliar spray 150ppm added to your tap. Spray before lights out.
I use Vita Race. And man. I've so many plants and all have great leafs. Iron, mag , sulphur are key your plant needs an injection soon. And then when she's drier. Use a low NPK feed. Depending what you're using. Use 1/3 1/2 of what the brand says.
Week 8 of flower (haven't been best at keeping up with diary). Poor girl is deteriorating rapidly but I don't know why. Too late to fix, but too early for ideal harvest. Should I just let her ride or chop early and try to salvage what I can?
