Grow Diary: Phase 2 - Week 2 of the Vegetative Phase
• Number of Plants: 9
• Lighting: The lighting remains unchanged at 40% to continue supporting the growing light needs of the plants.
• Humidity: Previously maintained at 50% during the day and 53% at night. Unfortunately, the humidifier broke recently, and now the humidity levels are slightly below 50%. Monitoring the situation closely to minimize stress on the plants.
• Repotting: No changes since the last repotting into 3L Air-Pots.
• Observations: Some plants showed signs of stress, such as drooping leaves and the yellowing of lower leaves. Monitoring closely for any additional signs of stress due to the recent humidity issues.
• Watering: The daily water amount has been adjusted to ~300-350ml. Fertilization was started using Canna products according to the recommendations for Canna Terra Professional Plus, which led to a slight recovery.
• Future Planning: The transition to 15L AutoPot pots is still planned for repotting in the flowering phase. This is intended to make watering more efficient and provide more space for root growth.
• Challenges and Actions: Due to signs of stress in some plants, fertilization was commenced, resulting in a slight recovery. Currently addressing the issue of the broken humidifier and its impact on the plants. Hopeful that the third and final week of the vegetative phase will proceed without further issues.
@SicilianMedusa, also mich haben die Lampen nicht enttäuscht buds sind bei mir etwas kleiner als mit hps aber dafür viel mehr Geschmack und trichome
Ja schaue sicher mal vorbei bei deinen grows 😎
@cheech87, Thank you, I'm using these lamps for the first time. After not cultivating for 9 years, I have transitioned from High-Pressure Sodium (HPS) lamps to LED, starting with these impressive SANlight EVO 1.5 5-120 twins. This is my first grow after a 9-year hiatus, and also my first attempt with LED, UV light, and monitoring the Vapor Pressure Deficit (VPD). I plan to provide weekly updates from now on. I will publish a summary of the first week of vegetation in the coming days.
@Lemonhazelover, Thank you, stay tuned. In the next few days, I will report on the first week of vegetation. The plants are looking good :) I am excited and feel like I already have a good handle on this grow
