Slight bulking past week. Leaves tried to green up but seem to be yellowing again. Getting fed in a day or so.

I started getting light burn in my plant that was tied down just as well as others but grew crazy taller. It was 21 inchs while he others were 25 and 26 inchs away from light. I'm growing all different strains so that's on me but I was wondering about angeling the light possibly?
