This was one of the first strains I grew indoors 6 years ago and I absolutely loved it! Finally got my hands on some more seeds and I’m going to create a giant scrog for this awesome strain!!
Update: She popped and grew a great taproot in the paper towel!
She’s doing well under the fluorescent shelf lamp until the autos finish in the veg tent. I’m really looking forward to this grow after 6 years more experience with scrogging!
She is loving the veg tent with LED. I cleaned up the tent from the last grow and got everything nice and shiny. Lots of light reflection and solid growth! Another node and I’ll problem to then and I’ll also be transplanting to 1gal fabric pots soon.
Finally transplanted into 1gal pots and the root ball was the perfect size for transplanting. Not root bound at all, just a nice healthy plant. She’s loving the new digs and is already responding well!
She’s doing great in the 1 gal and I’ll probably need to transplant to 7gal pots in a week or so. Almost time for the second round of topping, too!! Smells really good so far!
I finally got her transplanted and she’s responded well, so far! I used some super large #3 perlite in the bottom of the pot for drainage and used Roots organic soil, since my usual fox farm ocean forest was out of stock.
She’s doing great!! She will be in the flower tent later this week and I’ll see how much of the screen is filled and how much longer she needs before flipping to flower.
She’s a huge bush now!! Way overdue for being in the scrog net, but that’s my fault for overlapping my grows a little too close together. She will be in the flower tent this week and we shall see how much of the screen is filled up before flipping to flower.
Finally got her under the tent and she’s getting acclimated. I should have spread her out more so the lower branches could grow up. Oh well, next time!!
Last week of veg! I flipped to flower after these pics were taken. Not as full of a canopy as I was hoping, but I’m sure she will turn out some huge buds!
Second week of flower complete and the flowers are developing nicely. She has definitely stretched some and I had to move the light up a bit. Smelling amazing now!!
She’s exploded into flower mode!! She smells sooooo good, too! Wrapped up week 3 of flower and she’s super healthy! I did a bit of defol and will likely do a bit more as needed. Overall, she’s doing great!!
Finished week 6 of flower and she’s doing absolutely amazing!! Wow does she stink!!!! I had to remove a few leaves and I was super sticky and stinky! It won’t be too long now!!
Another week closer to harvest! She’s looking and smelling amazing!! I can’t wait to smoke this delicious plant. I grew her once when I first started indoor, so I’m excited to feel the Swiss cheese stone!!
Finished week 8 and she’s definitely
maturing nicely! Smelling and looking amazing! I really need to order more plant yo-yos to get all the heavy buds supported!
I’m not sure what happened to my stats on here, but I had to re-enter everything again for some stupid reason. The plant is doing so well. I can’t believe I didn’t order more yo-yos yet but everything is falling over so heavy, big fat buds I will be harvesting in a few weeks water only until then.
Last update before harvest! She looks and smells sooo good! Finally got some extra plant yo-yos, but it’s a bit too late. There’s some light colored areas from me waiting too long. Oh well, they will cure up just fine. I can’t wait to smoke this beauty!!
This was one of the two first plants I ever grew inside a tent with LED. I bought the seeds again because I liked it so much! It's got a mid-THC and low/mid CBD and gets you a nice even stone with a great body buzz. It's an absolutely fantastic strain. I've only grown a few strains more than once over the last 7 years and this is one of them! With a lot more growing experience, I was able to yield 111.1g (3.97oz) of fantastic bud.
It was a long run, but I've learned that you just need to listen to the plants. Sometimes they tell you that's as big as I'm getting (in the veg phase). I should have purchased additional plant yoyos sooner, since the buds were so tall and heavy that they were all falling over. I think partly that might be due to making a few late waterings and they were sad and had fallen over. They don't always jump back up and need supports.
Overall, I'm quite pleased with the run and the smoke is fantastic and burns to a nice white ash. I dried for a week in a closet and had it in jars at about 55% humidity. It's been a few weeks since harvest and I'm loving the smoke! I highly recommend this strain!
