5 days in and they poke their head out. put them in peat pellets (jiffy) to germinate the seed, then after they poked their head out i noticed a little root coming out the side so i bought some peat pots for them. Watering with a spray bottle every 2nd day, making sure its moist. They are in enclosed containers to keep humidity and heat up. Been a few hot days, so i had to put in and out of sun. Exciting first time growin. Cant wait for Penelope and Bruce to grow.

Saw a lot of yellowing in the flowers, not sure if its enough or too much nutrients, or not enough water or its a pest. I was suggested neem oil to get rid of the pest creating those white spots, any other suggestions about how to get her to look healthier and growing faster?

For the bugs, Neem oil with insecticidal soap will do. As for the yellowing, with that much soil there's no need to be feeding, I would bet that it has more to do with over watering. Let the soil get dry before watering again and when you do, give it a cup or 2 of water, no more. Once you get into a healthy water / dry cycle growth will be much better

Hi @Selen! Innappropriate meals, under-watering, high temperatures, and a basic pH range for the whole rud led to this situation. At this point, there's not much you can do to save this crop. I've been using BioBizz for a while, and had great results using this feeding schedule: http://www.420magazine.com/gallery/data/500/Untitled124.png, you see that one has been made especially for autoflowering strains, and it has been tested & approved by me and other growers around here. Next time I'd recommend to try to stick to this feeding schedule, while giving a good watering with plain pH'd water between the feedings, and always in the right pH range for soil (~6.0-6.3). Hope this will help, keep us up-to-date and happy growing 👊

sadly, only 5g was harvested. and blue dream had died. Cause was that the peat pots that they were in didnt dissolve, thus their root system couldnt grow into the big pot. 1st grow... Unsuccessful

Hi @Selen, you should always check your incoming PH , for soil you don't want to be within 6-6.5 PH max. What happened is that the nutrient company doesn't tell you that the seaweed extract will raise your PH is a bad way. You have to correct it with either a "PH Down" or mixing it in with nutrients that automatically set the right PH for example "PH perfect" nutrient line or BioCanna flora grow. In soil the only nutrients the plant truly needs is Light and Water. Hope this helps you understand what happened my friend. I'm not 100% they'll be able to recover. sorry bro.... 🚀

your Girls wont be Giants at all, In automatic plants you have a small window , that is deciding how your Girls gonna be. and that is in the first 3 weeks.i wont count the "mistakes" you did but its not revesible. For your next grow put the germinated seed directly into the Final pot, filled with a prefertilised seedlingssoil. (boibizz/plagron)or you mix your own soil . well automatics got special needs and the start decides. feel free to ask per PM or look into my diaries. and its for a long time the only plant who got an N defiency.. that is much better than an excess. Feed her after a watering with any fertiliser that has N. happy growing

been adding tonnes of sulphur which is supposed to lower pH and it seems to not work????????

If you recall from week 2, they're in peat pots, i then upsized them to the 7 gallon pot. I was told by some video that the peat pot would dissolve, however it didnt a month later. 😡😂. I only found out now by digging it out and finding the peat pot still there. The roots were literally overflowing over the pot. I pulled apart the pot carefully, unfortunately ripping some roots because they were stuck to it. Hopefully alls better now, going to go to bunnings to get Ph decreaser and neem oil
the end.
