She looks a bit weak. I think the solution wasnยดt optimal and so i changed it this morning.
She looks a bit weak, because she gets the full Lumatek experience. 2172 ยตmol/s/mยฒ ๐ฑ and she is doing way better than the most people could imagine, me included.
I raised the ec and changed the way i feed her.
Now i pour the solution into the hole at the stem till i got a fair amount of drain. The drain simply stays in the bucket for the moment she gets thirsty.
As expected, she got grilled by the light, but the symptoms are not really what i expected. She got pale and the leaves felt thick and rubber like.
After getting her out of the hot zone, she recovered pretty good for what i have done to her.
On day 34 my setup got another light. I took the Lumatek out and changed it for a second Mars Hydro TSL 2000.
Now i can use more space in the tent and the light is spreaded way more even than before. I now got about 1000 PPFD at the canopy top and around 800-900 PPFD square. They are running at about 80 % atm. Each side is seperately dimmable and i can set the ankle relatively individually for each plant so i can better react to the different grow heights, which comes automatically with 4 different strains.
Pretty cool little experimental grow ๐. Nice to see your not afraid to try new things when it comes to growing! As it's a great way to learn & better your self as a grower! I'm always trying new training or growing methods I've learnt in theory by putting it in to practise. It's ok to stuff up occasionally because we learn from our mistakes! Cannabis is a very resilient plant, & people would be surprised at some of the abuse they can handle & come back from. Great job gromie ๐๐ค๐
@HIAZ_urbanbudfarmer, Thank you very much buddy ๐
Thats exactly what i think. Its so much fun to try new things and the reward is outstanding.
I got more projects planned for the future. Even more out of the box and hopefully even more spectecular, but we will see ๐
Some ingenious light hanging going on I love how youve wrangled it to work and for how busy your tant/space is its super clean and tidy. Happy flowering
@Hattiwatti, Thanks buddy. They are not as big as expected for this size of plant. The Airated Kratky Method is awesome ๐
I like the simplicity of the setup and i think i will some more excperiments in this direction in future.
