Hey, I recommend you get your lights closer to the plants, I used a 400w MH to grow this one at about the same 35cm distance, and none of the 9 seedlings suffered any burning under it. 25cm should be perfectly safe.

@Katze, has a 260W QUANTUM BOARD KIT 50cm. from them and a 50W - Citizen Clu048 1216 32cm. above the plant.
