Auto Bubblegum Extra (BulkSeedBank) [Organic - Basic Materials] x 5
5 feminized AB+ organic grow in 6.5 l pots.
Germination went well. I planted them into eazy plugs and 6 seedlings came up within 48 hours. Unfortunately i lost one because it couldn't make it out of the capsule. Another one showing up deformation and inhibited growth. I'll keep this one to see how it is developing. Focus lies on the 4 remaining plants in best condition.
3 phase medium (amount per plant):
- 1l early grow (mix: 1/2 used soil from last grow + 1/2 no peat tomato soil + 1 hand full of my organic super bloom mix[OHSB])
- 2 l grow (mix: 10l tomato soil + 3 l OHSB + 1 hand full of crushed chicken shit pellets)
- 3.5 l hot soil (mix: 15 l tomato soil + 5 l OHSB + ash + 2 hands chicken pellets)
OHSB consists of used up soil from last grows, enriched with worm humus, guano, ash, coffee grounds, primal rock flour, ghassoul.
I'm changing/experimenting with different ingredients from time to time. Sometimes I add a mykorrhiza/trichoderma mix.
This time, as im dealing with autos, I decided to not use guano, and instead compensate with a mix of just chicken pellets and ash. I'm sure one can compensate the guano somehow for a regular grow as well.
Dosing the ingredients I roughly follow the suggestions from GK and so also for the ash even though I have my own one (wood ash).
Week 2:
Things are getting interesting as tiny side branches show up on the plants. Inspired by another grow of the same strain i consider to top the plants twice. First session takes place tomorrow (day 11). Never did any topping yet so i'm a little excited. At the beginning of week 2 the plants have a height in the range between 3.5 and 7.0 cm.
day 10: First leaves are a bit wrinkly.
day 11: Second ones too. Probably put a little too much nutrients in the soil. I hope that the plants make it till they change their nutrient consumption to flowering phase. Likely this will happen after day 21.
day 12: Searched on the web and the wrinkly leaves are most likely du to heat stress. Indeed i got my lamp a little too close so i hung it a little higher. Plants are doing well though. It's about 28° Celsius now.
day 13: The plants develop well. Let's see if there will be another topping session. The fimmed plant doesn't seem to bother my mistake too much.

Week 3:
day 15: One more topping.
day 17: Two plants showing nitrogen deficiency. I prepared a feeding made from 8g coffee grounds (~2% Nitrogen) to reach a concentration of 160 mg Nitrogen per Liter. Just stumbled upon a paper from Israel stating that this would be ideal. It's minerally but howsoever.
day 18: I keep my feeding plan with the coffee grounds for the plants showing Nitrogen deficiency. 8g per 1 Liter H2O. If this is nearly accurate it would be roughly 1/11 the dosage of Nitrogen Bio Bizz All Mix contains per liter Volume. Discovered a pair of pistils at one plant already. Eager to see how the whole thing ends up and how fast they will be. Usually i harvest a little earlier to have only a little amount of CBN.
day 19: Defoliation Day. Bought bamboo sticks and pinned them through the fleece pots to tie the branches to. Feeding all the plants now with the above recipe except for the most developed which is showing no lack of N. Also solved some chicken shit pellets in H2O serving it additionally to the 2 most deficient plants (prophylactic).
day 20: The plants appear to be vital after training.
day 21: Now feeding all of the plants with the coffee grounds for N-supply. The coffee grounds also deliver minor fractions of Phosphorus and Potassium, as well as micronutrients.

Week 4:
day 22: I Discovered pistils at 2 plants. Gonna check the others tomorrow too.
day 23: I put the 3 strongest plants in a row along the sweet spot of Q5W.1 plant (smallest of the topped ones) showing nutrient burn. Another one (3rd plant of todays pics) has a slight burn. As i discover more and more pistils i hope that they change their demand of nutrients soon. I guess my coffee ground solution was a little too much. It's an experiment either way: on the one hand by checking out the autos demand of organics for future indoor grows and and outddoor grows as well. And by checking out how the plants handle the small fleece pots.
Interesting to see different phenos.
day 25: I defoliated again. All the plants showing signs of flower except for plant 2 of todays mugshots. I thought i saw some earlier. I skipped feeding on day 24 and the plants show a change in color towards brighter so i started feeding again today. The plants in the fleece pots all showing this symptom. The plastic pot plant seems to be non affected by this. I did a little research and landed on the page of fastbuds who say that different phenos react very individually on the same feeding especially with autos. I think I'll try my next auto run with just the pastic pots. The dosage of organic nutrition in the soil was moderate compared to the one i feed to photoperiodic plants in bloom mode.
day 26: The plants appear to be more vital today after yesterday's defoliation. The feeding also seems to work well. Taking leaves continuously. Will add molasses and some guano later.
day 28: I started guanoing a little with each a spoon of plagron bat guano and guanokalong bat guano additionally to my coffee ground N feeding.

Dosing the ingredients I roughly follow the suggestions from GK and so also for the ash even though I have my own one (wood ash).
Week 5: Feeding with Guano has begun. I'm starting slowly with a level teaspoon of each Guanokalong and Plagron per 2 l water to see how the plants react. GK has an aggressive smell whilst Plagron Guano makes you feel like you're right in the middle of a zoo's penguin house. Together with my coffee ground solution the smell of the feeding is fruity.
day 29: I measured the height of all the plants and it's ranging betweeen 16 cm for the smallest specimens and 24 cm for the tallest one progressing fast during stretch phase. As there''s no overfeeding with N certifiable my derivation is that Autos need high N supply.
day 30: The tallest plants turning a little brighter today, so i put twice the dosage of coffee grounds (32 grams) in the feeding (~2.5 l in total per day -- half a liter per plant) expecting this to result in a concentration of 320 mg N. Also i added a level spoon of molasses and each a level tea spoon of GK Guano and Plagron Guano again. I measure the pure water to be around PH 8.0 - 8.5. The final solution resulting in PH ~6.5.
day 32: Made a feeding with 16 grams of coffee grounds per Liter water, starting with PH ~ 8.2. After extracting 2 days the final feeding got PH ~ 5.0 showing how much the cofffee grounds still contain.
Just found this one:
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC8635921/#:~:text=These%20studies%20indicate%20the%20optimal,Saloner%20and%20Bernstein%2C%202021).
Pointing out that the optimal dosage of N using organic fertilizers is 390 mg per liter for vegetative stage and 260 mg for flowering phase.
day 31: I reorganized my tent but the sequence of plants in the pics stays the same. Did some defoliation again. They were exploding with leaves. The most developed plant showing hunger. I continue with the feeding plan from the last days.
day 34: The most developed plant showing symptoms of deficiency. Today's pics are face on and edge on for every plant.

Week 6: The most developed plant (always pic 1 in the mugshots) showing heavy symptoms of deficiency. I started feeding it with mixture of molasses and coffee grounds. I will add chicken pellets too.
day 36: The most deficient plant got a high dosage of nutrients today, now some leaves are craving for the sky again. I will hold on to this level of external nutrition in different constellations (coffee grounds, molasses, chicken shit, guano). Removed the leaves to keep transpiration higher to get the nutrient problems fixed.
day 38: Still deficiency symptoms, the largest plant suffering the most. I enlarge and enrich the nutrients.
day 39: The leaves are craving for the sky again. The most def plant continues yellowing so i gave her something really strong todax. Also added Wurmgold for instant nitrogen.
day 40 It's my first auto grow. Since i read bout less nutrient consumption cause of reduced lifecycle with autos i was to thrifty when mixing the soil.
day 42: End of week 6 and still got some time to go. I got into trouble using the coffee ground solution as a main supply for Nitrogen (the plants yellowed so i had to water to much) so i replaced it with my urine using a concentration of ~ 520 ml/l. According to a web research i found it to have a concentration of Nitrogen of around 50 % (instantly availaible) in urine. The plants regenerate. As long as i have a lil crop everything is okay. The intend why i'm trying this is that i don't want to use fancy fertilizers with colorful pics of elefants and stuff on it causing a huge CO2 imprint in the atmosphere. I mean everyone can do that... The plan is to only use waste to produce my weed and have a circulatory. Eating, preparing waste. use it as fertilizer. Harvest plants and use this waste also for compost, bokashi or worm castings.

Week 7: I'm on a good way with fixing my watering and nutrition problelms. It's way better to have all the feeding in the soil. If u mix it right theres no need for checking ph and the use of acid or so. But using my Urine as a main Nitrogen supply is working pretty well. I'd probably consider doing this complementary to a planned grow soil (main feeding in there is chicken pellets with roughly 4-4-4 or so). I worked out my OHSB mix for the last two years and it's working perfectly. The only thing i have to add during bloom is ash once or twice and not even this. The buds werde always super dense and i had ~ 1.25 g/W also considering the fan and running my Q5W at 80% wattage. I recycle my soil since years but was always buying seedlings of clones... There was also a gap for 7 years during my studies where i didn't grow. I'm now realizing that i lost some knowledge or feeling. This years goal is to work out a circulatory three phase seeding, grow and bloom soil. Currently working out my own Bokashi and Worm Farm to upcycle my biological waste completely. But i will also do some experiments with organic and mineralic fertilizers this year for comparison.
A friend told me yesterday that the phosphor fertilizers result from an overproduction of bombs in WWII. They were looking for a way to process it industrially. Also i found a scientific paper from Israel supporting that the amount of phosphor growers feed the plants is way way to high and has no effect at all .
day 43: The plants like my Urine Nitrogen supply and their dry feet. I promise to engage my brain on those lil living organisms to prevent further harm. I underestimated the plants hunger completely. This was a teaching.
day 45: Everything goes well considering my underfeeding in the beginning. One can see the effect of additional N support looking at the elongated pheno of AB+ (second mugshot).
I add Biobizz' BioBloom only cause i still got a rest in stock since years and wanna use it up.
day 46: Today is feeding day: I will add an extra of 20 ml ash and 20 g guano-mix. I split the dose i normally feed the soil with to have an average weekly dose to split again for 2 feedings.
day 48: OH, THINK TWICE! I realized today that i overdosed my urine by the factor of 10, but it seems that the plants can handle it^^The turned their color into a saturated dark green and seem healthy despite the horrendous lack of nutrients i had. Considering that i read some company produces liquid one time feedings i'm not suprised. I didn't check PH at all. I only regulated the pure water. From now on it's only worm castings, ash and guano.

Week 8: The rescue program worked well. The decrease in mass of the non topped plant progresses ^^
day 52: The plants will get their last dosages of ash within the next days.
day 54: The plants develop well, are super sticky. Pheno 1, 2 and 4 (Mugshots number) are showing up a minor fraction of orange pistils already. Pheno 3 is not super dense and still building up flower volume but is also super sticky. Pheno 1 is still building up density while pheno 2 is quite rock hard already but has nearly no orange hair. As i harvest a little earlier i'll expect them to be ready by the end of next week or so. Will continue supplying K in form of ash for this week as they welcome it and don't complain. The pee rescue program worked very well, although it was just an improvisation. The supply of N will last for their lifecycle. As i already demounted one plant i can say: u don't smell anything, although it was smelly when i fed them. I bought a load of biocanna bioboost to act quickly in the next grows if needed.
The smell is super fruity and really reminds me on bubblegum. Great strain! I'm running a Q1W as an open system in my bathroom next to my grow tent in parallel to pre grow herbs and chili. I just ordered a second Q1W for this spot to have a larger for weed as well. When the lamp arrives next week i will move the plants there to finish their lifecycle, as i want to start flowering phase for the other plants i grow in parallel.
There i wont cut down my two favourite phenos completely. I will spare 1 or 2 branches as i want them to produce seeds. I read that they would be feminized in a natural way as the plant want's to stay alive. I don't know if this is true for autos as well but will give it a try.
Now that i have a little experience with autos and this strain (It was a rough improvisation in total. I had no experience with topping, autos and their hunger especially when they are topped) i will start another grow with the 4 remaining auto bubblegum extra seeds i have. As i'm not prepared with a chicken shit grow mix a la bio bizz all mix so far (in preparation but this will take a month or so for the pellets to solve and provide all nutirients) i will feed them with bio vega and rhizotonic during grow phase. In the medium there will be guano pellets and chicken pellets which take a while to solve and release all the nutrients. The plan is that they are available right after the 3 weeks of growing i had with this strain (same pot size) and will serve the girls as a main supply for flowering stage. I will only add ash then as main K supply although the chicken pellets has quite some. This will also take place under the 2 Q1 W (~100 Watt).

Week 9: The plants develop well and are building up mass (one can feel) and volume.
day 58: I moved the Auto Bubblegum Extra plants from my tent into bathrooms open space where i grow my other herbs, chilis, tomatos n stuff to prepare the photo plants from my other reports getting into flowering phase. Missed to mugshot one plant today.
day 59: Pheno 4 is on the rim of the lighted area about 40 cm away. I had to compromise when i was moving them under the 2 q1w cause there wasn't enough space. Let's see if this minor light fraction is enough for the buds to mature properly. If one of the other phenos is finishing earlier i'll replace it with Pheno 4. I have no microscope but will search for amber on Pheno 1 and Pheno 3 with the phone's camera.
day 61: I harvested Pheno 1 and Pheno 3 today earning 151 grams and 84 grams of wet mass respectively. Assuming that 1/4 is dry mass. Now i can hang my lights a little lower for my herbs and other seedlings :) Pheno 2 and Pheno 4 stay untouched. Pheno 2 barely showing any orange yet whilst Pheno 4 showing some. is sticky but really fluffy and still greenish eating. They both stay at the rim of open space.
day 62: Missed to take a pic of Pheno 4
day 63: Finishing week 9 and looks like they still up for some more time. Will keep this report updated so there will be another harvest.

I just started another ABE grow in another report with organic feeding again (hotter) and a larger "pot" which is the bag i had my worm castings in. This time underneath the 2 Q1W.
I will keep this report updated with the 2 remaining phenos.
Week 10: Pics every second day from now on. Pheno 2 (first pic) is still showing no signs of finishing her lifecycle. Pheno 4 has some orange hair but is still hungry and developing density.
day 65: I had to cut a branch cause i needed the space for my herbs.
day 67: Another Q1W joined..
day 70: More hair getting orange. Pheno 2 is building up density/mass. Both plants have weird excesses. I will only give water from now on. Expect them to be ready within the next week or so
day 71: End of week 10 (!) already. Pheno 1 and Pheno 2 were harvested about 10 days ago and are strong.

Calculated the used space is ~ 0.35 m^2 in my Homebox Q80+ having a light fraction of 100 W with Q5W. The rest of the space distributes to my other reports on Cocopopo, Watermelon Jam and Big Bud i run in parallel. Preparing ...

5 AB+ fem plants organic grow in 6.5 l pots.
3 phase medium (amount per plant):
- 1l early grow (mix: 1/2 used soil from last grow + 1/2 no peat tomato soil + 1 hand full of my organic super bloom mix[ OHSB])
This time, as i'm dealing with autos, I decided to not use guano, and instead compensate with a mix of just chicken pellets and ash. I'm sure one can compensate the guano somehow for a regular grow as well.
I will add some Guano and more ash during flowering stage, if needed. Maybe also Molasses.
Dosing the ingredients I roughly follow the suggestions from GK and so also for the ash even though I have my own one (wood ash).
Week 11 (already): Guess this will be the final week. Both remaining phenos develop more and more brownish pistils. Pheno 2's buds look really junky whilst Pheno 4 is still under construction regarding to density.
day 72: Last watering was yesterday. I'll consider mowing them down and won't water for the next 48 hours.
