DrJones This strain was so nice I had to grow it again π
I soaked the seed in water overnight, then plugged it into soil the next day. The soil was pre watered to run off. 3 days later the seedling emerged.
Iβm using recycled lightmix in a 16L fabric pot with a bit of added worm castings to top half of the soil to help with early seedling and root growth.
Light: 20% @ 35cm @ 24/0h = 14 DLI
Humidity: 65%
Temperature: 21c

DrJones This week i adjusted the LST and super cropped the main stem. I also defoliated leaves that were blocking other bud sites and removed a couple of sucker branches from the lower area. I left a few fan leaves around the outside and where they werenβt blocking anything.
Unfortunately I burned some leaf tips after feeding green sensation(pk boost) this week. π€¦ββοΈ I forgot the sea silica has potassium in it as well. I think she would benefit from a plain water feed next week because as well as the burned tips there are a few shiny leaves and clawed tips too!

DrJones Here we are at the end of week 8 and her flowers have started pumping out some serious resin just oozing with terps!
I fed half strength nutrients and cut out the silica, sugar royal, and green sensation this week due to burned tips and some clawed tips. The leaves still look shiny tbh and some tips are still clawed so Iβll continue as I am for now and ramp it back up when I thinks sheβs ready for it. Iβm also gonna reduce DLI a tiny bit.

DrJones So after using half strength nutrients for a week she started to cannibalise her lower leaves, taking nutrients from them and sending to upper growth where required. In view of that, I started giving full dose again and reduced DLI to 35.

@PersonalSmok3s, tbh I'm not getting any distinctive kiwi smells to the nose, definitely a mild sweetness coming from it but mostly funk and gas, I can't actually remember the last time I ate or smelled a kiwi though haha

Is this not too much for the plants - thus stressing with maybe too much light? I have a Meph. Double Grape at 31 DLI with roughly three weeks to go - should I increase DLI like you??

I flowered my grape walker kush from meph at 35 but pushed it to 40 for the last week and that seemed less stressed than this run so maybe 45 was a bit much.. π€·ββοΈ
@iSmokedaily, to be brutally honest, I was slightly underwhelmed with the overall experience. The bud structure is more suited for making hash IMO. And it's not as smelly as I expected. Don't get me wrong, I think it's nice. It has a nice aroma, and gets me high af, and tastes decent, but honestly I expected more from Mephisto after everything I've read. I chose this strain because of the stardawg illuminati heritage but I'm not getting even a slight hint of that coming through...
