Hey growfam! Week one has passed for this Gorilla Cookies girl from Fast Bud. Not much to say. She's looking happy and off to a good start I think 😊 Been focusing on environment and watering practices. Day time temps have been between 22-24ºC and night time temps around 18-20ºC, with humidity ranging from 50% to 70%. I wet those 4 small towels once a day and keep them hanging in the tent to help keep the humidity up. Light is at 60cm/50% and will slowly be turned up to reach 80% by the time she starts stretching. Like +10% every week, but gradually. She actually got very little water over the week: Day 02: Watered 8ml with a spary bottle Day 04: Watered 20ml with a syringe Day 06: Watered 40ml with a syringe I'll be back next week with another update. Hey growfam! Week two has passed for this Gorilla Cookies Auto girl from Fast Buds. Generally, she grew well, showing 3 nodes already and side branches starting to grow. She's been looking a tad droopy though. Maybe slight overwatering... Fingers crossed she recovers from that and that there will be some vigurous growth over the next week! Sometime over next week I'll start LST on her 👍 This past week humidity has dropped like hell and it's been hard to keep it up in the tent. Going for 50% but sometimes it gets as low as 40% 😕 I'm still using those 4 small towels, wetting them once a day to help keep the humidity up. Day time temps have been 23-25ºC and night time temps 19-21ºC. Light is at 55cm/70% now. Took a little but is starting to show some nice growth 😊 Leaves have a nice, plain color and she generally looks healthy, but still showed slightly droopy leaves throughout the week. Day time temps have been 24-26ºC and night time temps 20-21ºC. Humidity has been a little low around 40-45%. Light is at 50cm/100% now. She's been taking well to LST and has shown nice growth over week 4, while showing no signs of deficiency or toxicity :) The top of the plant is pretty even now, perfect for entering pre-flowering, imo. A few by the end of the week. Will start feeding bloom nutes during week 5. Day time temps have been 25-26ºC, sometimes peaking at 27ºC. Night time temps have been 19-20ºC. Humidity has been around 50% Light is at 50cm/80% now. Brought it up to 100% by the end of week 3, but felt like it was a bit too much too soon, so borught it down again after a couple of days. Week review: Day 21: Watered 1L - PH 6.3 + Hesi SuperVit, + Hesi Root Complex, + Hesi TNT, + T.A. Hey! Week five has passed for this Gorilla Cookies Auto from Fast Buds and she's in pre-flowering 😁 This week I did some more LST on her. The main stem has been needing much attention - it really doesn't want to let the other branches catch up! But it's getting there 👍 She showed a considerable amount of growth and stretch. I like how she's going! Day time temps have been 25-27ºC. Night time temps have been 19-20ºC. Humidity has been 40-50%. Light is at 45cm/100% now. Week review: Day 28: Watered 1.25L - PH 6.3 + Hesi SuperVit, + Hesi Root Complex, + Hesi Bloom Complex, + Hesi Boost, + T.A. Calcium Magnesium Supplement, + Oak Nutrients Silic-On, + Agrobacterias Bactobloom Day 29: Very light defoliation at the bottom + 1 leaf at the top Day 31: Cut off 2 more leaves and watered 1.25L - PH 6.3 + Hesi PowerZyme Day 33: More adjustments on LST. Whatsup Growfam! Week six is over for this Gorilla Cookies Auto from Fast Buds. She's been looking good and showing nice growth/stretch. Hoping she'll get a little more robust with thicker stems, but generally quite happy with her. Suffered a bit with high temps the last 2 days, going a bit over 28ºC, and looks a little thirsty today. Will change my 107m3/h exaust fan to a 145/187 m3/h sometime this week, as temps will continue getting higher. I performed some more defoliation on her, but very little. Day time temps have been 26-27ºC. Night time temps have been 20-21ºC. Humidity has been 35-45%. Light is at 45cm/100%. Week review: Day 36: Watered 1.25L - PH 6.4 + Hesi SuperVit, + Hesi Bloom Complex, + T.A. Calcium Magnesium Supplement, + Oak Nutrients Silic-On Day 38: More Defoliation. Hey Growfam! Week seven is over for this Gorilla Cookies Auto from Fast Buds. Seems she reached her final height and is starting to focus on flower production 😊 I'm happy with her structure and height; 47cm and barely needed defoliation since she's not very dense. She branched out well, just wish she was more even. The main branch ended up being much higher than the rest, but I think I'm good. Let's see how she fattens up 😉 She's been showing some hunger and is taking more and more nutes. Changed my 107m3/h exaust fan to a 145/187 m3/h this week, just in time to prevent issues due to a sudden heat wave. They are OK, but got really thirsty over the weekend and had a few wilted leaves. Now it suddenly got really cold and had to bring my heater back into the tent for the following week... 😅 Day time temps have been 26-27ºC. Night time temps have been 20-21ºC. Hey Growfamily! Week 8 is over for this Gorilla Cookies Auto from Fast Buds. She's FINALLY starting to show some trichomes and flowers are starting to fatten up 🙌 It still freaks me out a little how plants under this LED light take so long before starting to produce trichomes, but guess that has something to do with very low IR light in the spectrum...? Does anyone have any advice on how to get plants under LED lights to produce trychomes earlier? Was completely different under hps and outdoors, but I know they'll get there, just need to be patient I guess. Could also have to do with the deficiencies and light stress she's been showing... She has been gradually showing more yellow leaves and lightstress, with leaves drooping a lot towards the end of the day. I raised the light a bit and turned it down to 80%, for a couple of days, which seemed to help. Tested bringing it up to 100% again for the last 18h cycle, but she's not taking it! I brought it back down to 80% again, after taking these pictures. Going to keep it that way from now on I think. Unless they ask for more light... Day time temps have been 24-26ºC. Hi there Growfamily! Week 9 is over for this Gorilla Cookies Auto from Fast Buds. This week she's been fattening up / gaining some mass nicely. Not very dense yet, but slowly getting there :) There are much more trichomes than last week and she's starting to smell a lot more. Smells sweet 😀 Also I upped the dose on the nutes over this week. Seems the deficiencies she's been showing aren't progressing as fast now, although a little late... Finger's crossed she's able to develop and densen up nicely for the next 2-3 weeks until it's chop time. That's only an estimate. Let's wait and see! Day time temps have been 25-26ºC. Hey Growfamily! Week 10 is over for this Gorilla Cookies Auto from Fast Buds. She's been fattening up well but isn't getting as dense as I'd like... Still, her main branch is getting heavy and I had to bring in a stake to hold it upright. A few of the other branches are also starting to lean a lot due to the weight and I had to adjust the LST ties a little. We're good now, but I'll acess as I go, whether they need extra support too. She smells amazing and is developing more and more trichomes! Flushed on day 69 and will chop her in about 2 weeks 👍 This week we had a sudden heatwave and daytime temps got a bit high, but she seems to be handling it. 26-28ºC has been the average. Night time temps have been much higher than on previous weeks, at around 23-25ºC max. Humidity has been 35-45%. Light is at 50cm/80%. I've gradually brought the daytime down over the past 1.5 weeks and we now have a 16-8 shedule until harvest.
