Dr. Seeds Blue Cheese is the first of many for 2024. Planning on 10 plants so many more seeds to come. Hopefully the Blue Cheese makes it for the long haul and can be the Big one of the year 😁
Transplanted the Blue Cheese into a new pot and it looks great, caught immediately. Removed the lowest 2 branches and topped it leaving 10 major limbs. Really hoping this one goes big outdoors. After two weeks I finally have a 7 year old Arjan's Ultra Haze #2 about to pop, we'll see. Lemon Skunk is probably toast. Time to start more in Mar. 😁
The Ultra Haze and Lemon Skunk didn't make it but the Blue Cheese is looking stellar. Spring is coming fast so it was time to fire up some more seeds. Two strains removed, 4 added, we'll see where everything stands next week. 😁
Transplanted the Blue Cheese to a 5gal pot and tied her down. This one is looking good with no signs of stress. Just need to keep it from flowering until May. All the rest are in an early battle for which is the most robust. Just hoping one of the Blueberry plants makes it, 😁
Tied down all 8 branches of the Cheese and have let it dry out since transplant. Time to water and fertilize tomorrow. All other seedlings are now transplanted, Veg and looking good. Time to plant a couple more seeds as backup. 😁
Decided the Cheese and Blue Cheese will go in the Diva gardens and the rest are destined for the Bush gardens All the plants have been topped. The big Blue Cheese has been topped for the third and hopefully last time. Also renewed all the tie downs. Got 7 more of different types germinating. Well see what makes it before adding them to the diary. 😁
Everything is nicely in Veg. The next round of germination is a little touch and go with only the Grandaddy Purple and Dr. Grinspoon hitting the seedling stage 😁.
Added a Dr. Grinspoon from Barney's Farms and Grandaddy Purple from Dr. Seeds. Started germinating 3 Sugar Diesel, 2 Critical Mass, and 3 Affie. I need at least 5 to pop. Had to top all the rest just to hold them back for the next couple weeks at least. The Blue Cheese is 2ft wide and showing a bit of flower. Time to start acclimatizing them to the outdoors. 😁
Starting to acclimatize the plants to the outdoors. All good news but what a battle keeping the plants under control for this last week. At least another week to go before outdoor transplanting begins. 😁
@BarneyRumble420, one of my early learning grows was the Ultra Haze. I bought the seeds with no clue what to do after spending too much time in Greenhouses' Coffeeshops I think I've learned enough now to do justice to these plants, even thru an outdoor grow. Can't wait, just hoping they germinate 😁
