Supercropped around week 3 of flower, right at the tail end of the strech phase, be sure to not train much at all for the early portion of strech as this is where people tend to get herms / problems! They are sensitive in strech! (ALL ARE)
Week 3 of flower is the phase where we start dosing silica, its an abrupt shock and instantly hardens up those freshly streched limbs.
