Week 5: Beginning week 5 with a flush for the rest of the plants. There were some burned tips. The specimen in wood soil showing a deficit in boron. Maybe i will give em one or two shots of biocanna grow before entering bloom within the next 2 weeks. day 30: Topped the small plants once and will supply biocanna for a grow boost within the next days as i wanna at least top them 1 more time to have 8 branches. The big big bud pheno already has 12 or so. 3 of these 4 will move to 11 liter pots for flowering phase with my OHSB mix. I'm giving them a buffer of 2 liters grow soil to adapt easier. day 33: Topping here and there and some defoliation. day 34: Moving day. I put all the plants from the small 1.26 liter pots in 9 liter pots. I compromised on the pots size and plants height trying to be as efficient as possible to not waste any ressources. I'll let them grow till thursday or friday and then send em into flowering phase. Till then i'll train them a little more so that their branches reach to the rim of each pot. The soil is pretty hot. It's my Organic Hot Super Bloom Mix. Or at least the goal is to create such a mix that fits to every genetic. I've been preparing it since january. All the ingredients dissolved completely in the meanwhile (pellets) and it's a homogenous mix. I circulated it in a 80 liter trough at least once a day during the last 2 months. Ingredients: Chicken shit pellets, Guanokalong powder, Plagron guano (roughly 1/4 of the guano dose) worm castings, insects excrements (from a local insect factory), Ghassoul, ash, primal rock flour, eggshell flour, roughly 10 liters of wood soil to bring in funghi and microorganisms (there will be some algae as well). I gave them a roughly 3 liter trapezial buffer of new bio soil from Spar which i didn't enrich. The soil recipe for OSHB mix is the one i usually use on normal plants since i just started topping girls a few weeks ago for the first time in my life. I'll expect them to run off nutrients during flower and prepare to give em an extra feed for their loads of branches (12 -16 branches per plant). At least this effect came to bear with the auto bubblegum extra grow (bulkseedbank) i finish in parallel. day 35: I put in the leaves again to prevent the soil from drying to fast and inhomogenous especially in the upper region of the pot. Also the feeding from now on be organic with the OHSB mix and the Bio Soil grow buffer so there's no need to infuse nutrients external. At least in the beginning... _______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ I recently had a Big Bud grow with seedlings i bought from a local store. I found 2 speckled proper looking seeds. This is one of them. The other one is watering and will maybe join here. I harvested the foregoing Big Bud grow after 7 weeks. Impressive that they can also produce developed seeds in such a short time. It's sharing Homebox with the Auto Bubblegum Extra grow (BulkSeedBank) i run at the moment. I also just put a few Cocopopo and Watermelon Jam Seeds, both from BulkSeedBank as well, in Eazy Plugs and they will also join the tent. Planning to top and train them in 1 l pots as well as this big bud specimen, in preparation for the plants in the following link leaving the Homebox. https://growdiaries.com/diaries/192071-bulkseedbank-auto-bubblegum-extra-grow-journal-by-senfman

Hi buddy your soil looks to me like it has no perlite, so the oxygen content in the soil is too low. The result is waterlogging. What is the PH value of your irrigation water? Are you really measuring it? How often do you water your plants? How far away is your lamp? What is your dimmer set to, if present?

@AcidBurn_40, Everything fine again. It was too much water for the seedlings, you were right. It was my fault, cause i thought i can supply N via just the coffee grounds solution and therefore i watered a lot. It's been a while since i grew my own seedling and i forgot that they couldn't compensate their accellerating growth with the already built up leaf mass in case of a nutrient lock. Thanks for your hints!! :) Meanwhile i use my urine to feed N instead of the coffee grounds solution. I'm processing the coffee grounds now with my kitchen waste in a Bokashi,, to experiment with in future grows.

@AcidBurn_40, That's right it has no perlite. I'm trying to avoid buying this cause of it's carbon footprint. So i took a sustainable seeding compost for the young plants. The soil has got a loose structure using other things than perlite just like trees needles. Maybe i was a little to generous with watering since i moved them to the new pots. Will let them dry a more before i water next time, which is usually once in 24 hours. Thanks for the hint. Do you mean the ph value of the rinse or the feeding? I never had problems with it so far and also never measured the rinse. The distance between the lamp and the plants is 38 cm. The lamp is not dimmed now running at max 205 W.
