I think about the fact that it is no longer necessary to cut leaves. I cut it a lot, but I notice that many people cut a bunch of leaves at one time, although somewhere I read no more than 10% at a time. When I gave fertilizers, I always diluted them with water even more to reduce ppm Day 68: I added cal-mag to the diet because the leaves are really turning yellow from the bottom. 0.5 ml Day 70: I added 1 ml cal-mag

I created a 40 ml solution, the instructions say to transplant after the sprout has grown to the top of the plastic cover and the roots are visible through the plug. The question is, is 40 ml of liquid enough for this growth? I think not.

Yes. Its a Booster not a necessity. Plastic Cover? Seeds usually just need Water and a Medium to spout in. You dont need to make a Science out of it tbh...

I find such yellowed leaves in the lower part of my plant during flowering, I cut them off. Tell me, is this normal?

It is normal for some of the bottom leaves to do this, yes, but it seems like various things are showing here as well. It seems like your girl is generally hungry for a few things. If you’re feeding properly, something else is causing her to not take up all she needs. I’d check out that ph and get her eating. You’re early into flower yet to be seeing this. Also, I wouldn’t cut off the leaves unless they are completely crunchy and dead. She will likely shed them herself when they’re no longer of use to her. Good luck

Looks like magnesium deficiency on some. Total yellow more lack of nitrogen, i see potash symptoms too. Hunger ? Bad ph for absorption ??? Big plants utilize/ canibalise bottom shaded leaves, thats normal, but here i think its something from above mentioned.
