day 0: The 3 more developed seedlings in the bottom row of the Eazy Plugs are the Watermelon Jam Specimens. I wanted Critical Mass from BulkSeedBank but they were sold out. Also anything else i decided to take. The salesman offered me these telling me that they are good ones so let's see. day 1: One of the specimens still wearing it's beginners hat. I'll wait till the evening and if it hasn't shake it off i'll try give it a little boost. A thing i'm not looking at with pleasure cause the plants can easily be harmed in this stage day 2: The support for the hatted plant went well so i have 3 little healthy looking Watermelon Jam Specimens. 1 is going to be planted in soil from the woods and the other 2's bedding will be just seeding compost. I'll continue with my experiments using coffee grounds as a main source of Nitrogen. day 3: Since the plants already rooted the plugs partiallly i moved them into 1.26 liter pots today. The plant on top of todays pic is bedded in soil from the woods with some sand to make it more loose. day 4: Covered the pots surface with leaves i collected for shielding the soil from lamps radiation to prevent dry up and hence make it easier for the feeding to soak up. The plants develop fast. Maybe i'll start feeding them with coffee grounds today. ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Watermelon Jam (Bulk Seed Bank) x 3 newly joined my little Homebox. I'm exposing them to light 24 h per day, cause they share the tent with an auto grow i run in parallel. I wanna top and train them to create a main line. One of the seedlings is going to be planted in soil i collected in the woods a few days earlier for comparison.

day 8: The plants are fine, but the seed leafs start yellowing a bit so i'll prepare a molasses and coffee ground feeding. day 9: I will add chicken shit to the feeding today. Removed the leaves to keep transpiration higher to prevent nutrient problems. day 10: Also a bit yellowing of the leaves. I'll prepared a feeding of different minerals, chicken shit, a small amount of guano (both GK an Plagron) coffee grounds and molasses. Everything in very small amounts. day 11: The yellowing continues. Added a feeding called Wurmgold which is basically insect excrements. It promises that the nitrogen is instantly available. Also made the feeding stronger. In total Watermelon Jam seems to handle the low amount of nutrients in the seeding compost better than the cocopopo plants in my other grow. day 14: The plan with the coffee grounds didn't come open since the leaves started yellowing and keeping the soil moist wasn't a good idea at all (feed feed feed). I replaced it using my urine at a conentration of around 780 ml/l (with a concentration of roughly 50% Nitrogen instantly available). According to a scientific paper an optimal amount of organic nitrogen supply would be around [390mg/l H2O]. ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Watermelon Jam (Bulk Seed Bank) x 3 newly joined my little Homebox. Week 3: The plants are feeling better and theres a significant boost in condition and grow rate recognizeable within 24 hours. day 15: I reorganized the tent. I feared that i would lose the seedling in wood soil but it's recovering. day 17: It's remarkable how efficient the Urine treatment works. Lush green is coming. day 18: They do well. Thinking bout resettling the plant in wood soil into hydro. ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Watermelon Jam (Bulk Seed Bank) x 3 newly joined my little Homebox. Week 4: The plants seem to be vital. day 22: Topping day. I spared the smallest plant (wood soil), topping it in the next two days. I'd first thought the plants show K deficiency, but i think it's rather an overdose in N showing up resulting from the pee treatment. Gonna water the plant with the nutrient problems today! day 25: I flushed them all cause of some burned tips at some specimens. I'm planning to give em maybe a dose of biocanna before entering bloom within the next 2 weeks. day 26: I will start feeding the plants with biocanna vega and rhizo today following the provided schedule. Sparing the wood soil plant till tomorrow, as i fllushed today and it is showing nutrient problems. ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Watermelon Jam (Bulk Seed Bank) x 3 newly joined my little Homebox. Week 5: They're fine and i will move them to 9 liter pots this week to enter flowering phase by the end of the week. Topping and main lining will are finished. Did my best to get a horizontal structure. day 30: Moving day. I put all the plants from the small 1.26 liter pots in 9 liter pots. I compromised on the pots size and plants height trying to be as efficient as possible to not waste any ressources. I'll let them grow till thursday or friday and then send em into flowering phase. Till then i'll train them a little more so that their branches reach to the rim of each pot. The soil is pretty hot. It's my Organic Hot Super Bloom Mix. Or at least the goal is to create such a mix that fits to every genetic. I've been preparing it since january. All the ingredients dissolved completely in the meanwhile (pellets) and it's a homogenous mix. I circulated it in a 80 liter trough at least once a day during the last 2 months. Ingredients: Chicken shit pellets, Guanokalong powder, Plagron guano (roughly 1/4 of the guano dose) worm castings, insects excrements (from a local insect factory), Ghassoul, ash, primal rock flour, eggshell flour, roughly 10 liters of wood soil to bring in funghi and microorganisms (there will be some algae as well). I gave them a roughly 3 liter trapezial buffer of new bio soil from Spar which i didn't enrich. The soil recipe for OSHB mix is the one i usually use on normal plants since i just started topping girls a few weeks ago for the first time in my life. I'll expect them to run off nutrients during flower and prepare to give em an extra feed for their loads of branches (12 -16 branches per plant). At least this effect came to bear with the auto bubblegum extra grow (bulkseedbank) i finish in parallel. day 31: I put in the leaves again to prevent the soil from drying to fast and inhomogenous especially in the upper region of the pot. Also the feeding from now on be organic with the OHSB mix and the Bio Soil grow buffer so there's no need to infuse nutrients external. At least in the beginning... ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Watermelon Jam (Bulk Seed Bank) x 3 newly joined my little Homebox. Week 7: No pistils yet. day 42: Top dressing day: I gave every plant in my tent additional 25 grams of solid GK pellets, 25 grams GK powder and roughly 10 grams of chicken pellets (fractured the rest i had). Dosage goes by following GK schedule. Since i have 9 liter pots and only prepared the Bloom mix i added the 2 liter dosage to the top dressing feed. The pellets should solve within the next 2 or 3 weeks or so. Ash can be added via watering later. Checked the NPK of Biocanna Vega: it contains a lot of Nitrogen and a major fraction of Phosphor as well so i can intervene if the plants develop a sudden hunger in that way. I raked the soil in the upper part of the pots rim, pushed the pellets in the soil put the powder on top, watered and put the leaves back on. A day later they seem to be a little upset because of the rough treatment. The size of the pots is rather small. day 43: I have made a little mistake regarding to the pics in the last days.. day 44: Sudden stretch overnight. _____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Watermelon Jam (Bulk Seed Bank) x 3 newly joined my little Homebox. Week 8: One speciment, first plant in the mugshots (mugshots sequence and close up sequence correspond) is rather elongated while the others are a little smaller but more stemmy. day 47: Feeding day: 100 ml bears garlic dung, 200 ml dung from dried leaves, 5ml biocanna vega and 2 ml biocanna rhizo per 2 l. day 49: Watermelon and Coco plantas show signs of being real hermaphrodites. I checked the colas and picked what i found... day 50: Picked a few more pollen sacks from pheno 1 and pheno 2. Maybe 1 or 2 sacks in total on pheno 3. Will continue looking daily for unwelcome manifestations of sex. This is a safe space!!^^ day 51: Checked everything again and found none. I think it's safe for the moment. I'll check again in 2 - 3 days. _____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Watermelon Jam (Bulk Seed Bank) x 3 newly joined my little Homebox. Week 9: The 2 smaller phenos are in full bloom i'd say now. The largest (second mughsot) is still a little laggy cause of the light leakage. day 54: Checked and found a few more. day 57: Puh! I hope i didn't miss one. Next wholesome check will be tomorrow. Now one can see a daily gain in trichomes. I bet cause of the light leakage coco will finish before watermelon. _____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Watermelon Jam (Bulk Seed Bank) x 3 newly joined my little Homebox. Week 10: WMJ has a very distinct fruity smell. Never had any watermelon strains but this one definitely shines out for me in terms of odor. The tallest plant is 25 cm in total height. Found only one more pollen sack today and hope this will be the last one. Next check in 2 days. Despite that the plants develop well now. _____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Watermelon Jam (Bulk Seed Bank) x 3 newly joined my little Homebox. Week 11: Buds are swelling up and the odor is exploding. I cut 2 branches, cut the buds down and dried them within a few hours on top of the tent. It's still tasting wonderful. Saw a few seeds getting ready on the flowers of 2 specimens, so i missed a sack here and there. _____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Watermelon Jam (Bulk Seed Bank) x 3 newly joined my little Homebox. Week 12: Now that i nibbled 1 branch at every plant i will continue nibbling on Watermelon Jam pheno 1, cause it's one of the most developed plants, the smallest one and has got some seeds. I'm glad that i made it through the pollen sack plague and made it through lucky with just some seeds. Maybe the next generation then:) Despite that the plants develop well. day 76: Pheno 1 will leave today or tomorrow cause i need something to smoke. Despite this it's too heavy already. Cut down some branches and it's knock off. Too much amber. day 78: I did it: cut down pheno 1. Only 2 more plants to report from. _____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Watermelon Jam (Bulk Seed Bank) x 3 newly joined my little Homebox. Week 13: I will most likely move the plants to the open space/outside tent grow space next to the tent cause i will harvest the other reports and they are not ready yet or at least are the most havent finished plants. Less brown hair and i didnt check for amber yet. ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Watermelon Jam (Bulk Seed Bank) x 3 newly joined my little Homebox.
