Amnesia² - Kush & Lemon

Here we go again with a new round. This time I went for 2 Amnesia strains, Amnesia Kush & Amnesia Lemon. Both seem to have about the same flowering period, but we have to see about that. The light is a LED Viparspectra 450w that draws +/-200w from the wall. On day 5 I've flipped both switches on. There's a heating mat running 24h that keeps temperatures around 22°C during dark hours(6) & 28°C when the lights are on. When they go in the final grow room, they'll get bigger shoes (11L) and cob's Cree cxb3590 as their sunshine above their heads 😌 But this first week is most of all germination. Just some pure rainwater and that's it for now. Next week I'll probably be adding some nutes, wich will be Remo Nutrients again. I've seeded 3 Amnesia Kush & 2 Amnesia Lemon seeds in 1L pots. After 4 days they all showed up.

Week n°2 and they're doing great so far. The heatmat gives them a warmer environment during the 6 dark hours. When the lights go on, this mat goes off. Every other day they get some rainwater, about 50ml each. This week I've added a small dose of Remo Micro & Velokelp to the water. The Viparspectra is turned on for 100%, so both switches are turned on.

Week 3 and the Amnesia Kush is in the lead. 1 Amnesia Lemon is a bit behind and has some leafburn. I've probably overwatered this one a bit. So this one is getting less water now. In general I'm feeding them twice a week. Other day's its just rainwater or nothing, it depends. But it's going pretty smooth 😌

Week nr 4 and after 25 days I've repotted the Amnesia's. Just some pics with the webcam, next week I'll have my Canon camera back 😉 They stayed in these 1L pots for too long, so there are some signs of nitrogen deficiency. Now they're in 11l pots with fresh soil, so they should recover after a few days...😷 The soil is fertilised already so for now no extra nutrients, just a bit rainwater.

Week nr 5 and the Amnesia's are recovering. They're growing again and the top leaves look normal & healthy again. The lower leaves are lost, but thats no big deal. The Amnesia Kush was topped at day 22, the Amnesia Lemon at day 28. The side branches are developing nicely and that's the most important of all😉 The lights are now 6 cxb3590 cobs, dimmed at 55% (220w in total)

Week nr 6 and they're doing fine. They're growing pretty fast so it won't be long now before I switch to flowering. Every other day they get rainwater & this week I've fed them once.

The last days of vegging. In total I've vegged for 46 days. Had some problems again with the leaves. I think I've overfed them a bit.

After 46 days of vegging I've made the switch. The past 10 days I've had some leaf troubles again. Altough I only fed them a few times with an EC of 0.6, it was too much. So for 12 days now I only gave them plain rainwater with an EC of 0.1. The last few days the plants seem to recover again. So fingers crossed. On all 5 if spotted pre-flowers...so there should be 5 ladies in the room.

Week nr 2 after the switch and things go...nah...not that well. Leaves are not what they should look like and I'm not sure what the cause could be. At first I thought too much feeding. Then maybe too much light...or too little. And now I'm in doubt that they want more food. I must say that I've given them only rainwater for 17 days on a row. Maybe they would like some food now... Well, we'll see where this is leading to. Pre-flowers are showing clearly now and I think within a week I'll be seeing some bud development.

Week nr 3 after the switch and the early bud's are showing. Leaves could be a bit more darker green. I'm feeding them twice a week and they get rainwater ever other day. Scrog is done, gonna let them do their job now.
