This week it is official, I have used both organic and synthetic inputs. I did notice she was starting to become a little defcient right around the time to top dress(Week 3). I think her issue was potassium.
I have also been overwatering a bit, trying to get a handle on keeping the media moist, I think the wetting agent in the Pro-Mix is working as well as the worm castings.
Other than that, I am really impressed with her speed of growth.
To give you growmies an idea of my thought pattern on this grow, the first 3 weeks were just organic amendments. Top dressed with 1 cup of worm castings, with 5 tbsp of Home Grown and 5 tbsp of Flower girl and watered in with a light nutrient(syn) solution. Next I will water only roughly until my next top dress in 3 weeks in which time I will feed a compost tea.
Thanks for those that stop by, like and comment.
See ya next week growmies!
Nice harvest. I have experimented with silica blast as well and found the same results, both pros and cons of using it. But overall, I do tend to run it on my grows as it makes the plants more resilient towards stress, heat, pests, ect.
She looks nice enough.
Also silica should be given mostly at the start of flowering, as it increases trichome production. Tougher stems are necessary when they bend full of fat buds.
