2 of the blueberry glue seed showing nice taproot and have been put in rockwool into the chamber under humidity dome.
one have show root but look lockdown probably cause by a lack of nutrient in the endosperm, as they are realy tinny seed. she have been put as well in rockwool under humidy dome giving her its chance.
the most ugly seed did nt show any sign of germination, will give it more time but have'nt any hope for her.
Received Phoenix seed just in the right time this morning to join the grow.
one seed of good shit and one seed of sweet tooth express have been put into scott towel for germination.
@gottagrowsometime, thx, technically they are brain new, just received a week ago from THE VAULT . But i have just always did this way, as in laboratory we achieves a germination rate over 50% this way with 50 years old seed and almost a 100% rate with under 5 years olds seed.
and according to most reviews expertseed didnt have a great germination rate. my first impression is that the seed shorting is nt really good.
to my opinion the 4 seed i run now should nt have be sold... they are almost half size of the other seed and are more lighter brown.
@Cameltoe, actualy there is no bacteria either in the teta, the endosperm or even in the embryo. the actual composition of the teta AKA seed coat is mainly , phenols, tannins, proteins, Fe, Cu. the solution of H2O2 will actualy help desolving the phenols who is providing the teta is impermeability, then will react whith the Fe and Cu wich will produce O2 who will help the embryo getting acces to the nutrient contain in the endosperm... is a basic synthese but chimistry is what it is. 😉
