Pierrougarou21 Hey growmies, this week has been super active, the girls have been nicely prepared to go into flowering. It all started with a big cleanup of the lower 1/3 of the plant. A net will be installed soon, and the flowering phase will kick off right after.

Pierrougarou21 Hey friends and Growmies 01/01/2024: Finally, the day to switch to flowering has arrived. For this celebration day: - I did a big cleanup of the lower 1/3 of the plants. - I carried out a preventive treatment with the help of IPM from Athena. - I added the equivalent of 3g per liter of substrate of BIOBLOOM from greenhousefeeding in each pot. - Watering of 2 L per plant with a mix of water and greenhousefeeding enhancer at 1g per L of water. Of course, before the switch to flowering, I took clones from each plant to preserve the genetics I’m going to find. Check out the photo of the upcoming clones.

Pierrougarou21 Hello friends who love growing. This return to the third week of flowering has been eventful with a reorganization of the grow area. Indeed, some ladies had an uncontrollable stretch and since my extractor is on the left, I was limited on the height of my lights. So these rebellious ladies have all been placed on the right where I have more freedom with my lights. (They currently have a height of 1.30-1.60 with the pot) I took the opportunity to do a heavy treatment with the IPM. I'm very paranoid about invaders and since I'm entering the most anticipated phase of flowering, there can't be any hiccups. Before the treatment, I did a good Lollipopping. Haaaaaa I'm finally ready to get into the thick of it. 😁 A little recap. The week started with a watering using the enhancer at 1g per liter of water.

Pierrougarou21 Well, here are the Dark-rainbow-2-0 entering their 8th week of flowering. Looking closely at their development, they still have quite a way to go. We're dealing with a very atypical smell of rotten meat, with a slight floral touch in the background, but don't think of it as sweet because there's no sugar at all. The scent is very complex and hard to describe. To really describe it would require words or comparisons that most people wouldn't understand. In the next updates, I'll try to refine my description. Otherwise, as you can see, they have a very good biomass production. Keep in mind that these girls were planted in 15 L pots quite late (between the second and third week of flowering). If they had flowered throughout the entire flowering period in 15 or 20 L pots, the production would have multiplied accordingly. But for that, we'll have to wait for the next run where I'll push the selection to its limits to see what it's capable of. Of course, like all my selections, they will also be tested in organic culture and hydro to know their reactions and yields under different types of cultivation.
