First off a huge thanks to Super Sativa Seed Club for sending the seeds to take part in their competition (sign ups on the contest page). Seeds were posted out and received in 3 days, very well packaged and some lovely little plant tags were included. Really really incredibly grateful to SSC for sending me the beans, thanks Johnny! A little about the strain I’m growing: Auto Northern Dragon Fuel flowers 10-11 weeks, XL size with extremely high THC content and is Indica dominant. I germinated the bean in a glass of lukewarm water, roughly 12 hours later her taproot had cracked through the shell and so I planted in final substrate, two days later and she had emerged from substrate. So far she looks very healthy and is growing without issue. First compost tea feed will begin on Wednesday (27/3/24).

She received a compost tea feed on Wednesday before Bio Pk had been added. She seems to be growing well. As she gets taller I push her over and bury her stem.

Fed compost tea on Wednesday without added Bio Pk. Plain water all following feedings. Did a light defoliation of some older fan leaves which has let more light in around the main stem. I have used soft ties to stake her into the ground, this helps to prevent her from poking back out of the substrate once I bury the stem. I have buried her up to the first node. I’m so far very happy with how she has been growing. She is very healthy looking currently.

Feeding compost tea on Wednesday still. Plain water all other feedings. Haven’t done much training with her this week, been a bit busy. Will give her a heavy defoliation in the next couple of days though. She seems to be in great health currently. Very happy with how she is growing.

looking good so far, the only thing i would say, watch out your light. Plants growing very horizontal with a short internode, means they are dwarfing under the light. besides you may like to keep them short because of the hight of the tent, just look the light has enough distance when they get biggger

@Biotabs, thank you kindly for the advice, it’s much appreciated 🙏 So I’ll definitely pull the light back and do a little more reading and researching on this 💚

@pifflestikkz, yeah she has been doing great so far. I’ve made an adjustment to my lighting height to hopefully encourage even more growth. I’ve popped a second NDF seed as well, running that one in a different tent under a slightly stronger light 🤙
