Hello Growers, I'm thrilled a 100% germination success with Dutch Passion seeds I was worried at the beginning but not now. Skywalker and Cinderella Jack are now entering the second week of growth, showing promising progress. Banana Blaze was quick to sprout within two days and is now eagerly expected to unfurl its first true leaves. It germinated today so I am assuming in a week max. (UPDATE New Diary for banana blaze). Initially, I considered incorporating Root Juice from biobiz, but my soil is already nutrient-rich for the first 2-3 weeks. Consequently, I'm adding nutrients at half the recommended strength. For the seasoned growers out there: what notable differences have you observed when introducing Root Juice into the mix? Keen to hear about your experiences and results. Intersting observation : I've been noticing something interesting with my setup — it seems the plants in smaller pots are thriving more quickly. The ease of moving them around to catch the optimal sunlight throughout the day could be playing a part. Given that my southeast-facing balcony is a bit cramped and shared, maneuvering those 7-gallon pots can be a hassle. But they get min 12 hours light + 7-8 from the small LED I have. I have read Sunlight is generally the best light source for cannabis plants because it provides the full spectrum of light needed for photosynthesis and is more intense than most artificial lights. is it really true? Soon, they'll be in my greenhouse where they'll get lots of light, about 16 hours a day in 2 or 3 weeks temperature will be optimal. Happy Growing.

Hello Growers, I'm thrilled to report a 100% germination success with Dutch Passion seeds — a testament to their quality. Skywalker and Cinderella Jack are now entering the second week of growth, showing promising progress. Banana Blaze was quick to sprout within two days and is now eagerly expected to unfurl its first true leaves. Couldn't resist myself and just added the bio bizz grow and fishmix twice in 1st week, at 1/4th of the dose. Everything seems fine they are growing good. Initially, I considered incorporating Root Juice from the get-go, but my soil is already nutrient-rich for the first 2-3 weeks. Consequently, I will put nutrients at half the recommended strength from next week. For the seasoned growers out there: what notable differences have you observed when introducing Root Juice into the mix? Keen to hear about your experiences and results. They look a bit tall and there was space left to fill on top so I will fill it with soil in week 2. I am planning to transplant them to 5 and 7 gallons by the end of week 2, Ik this can cause stress but better than not able to manage light and temp properly. First Grow and a Little Mix-up : 1OF2 and 1st grow For this first grow, I mixed up which pot contains the Auto Critical Orange and Auto Eufora, so I guess I'll find out when they flower! It’s funny how a simple 10-cent label could have saved me all this confusion. 😂 Happy Growing.

Update: All plants are progressing well. I've been updating my diary for the two additional strains I started with. Despite some early mix-ups, two are now flourishing and ready for transplanting. I’ve buried the seedlings up to their first true leaves and will soon introduce root juice to assist with the transplant process. Cinderella Jack is heading for a 25-gallon pot, given its robust early growth and a longer growth cycle of up to 14-15 weeks. On the other hand, Auto Euforia and Critical Orange are showing slower development. Euforia is stubbornly pushing through with new growth despite a challenging start. To sum up, I'm managing six plants from four different strains: one Cinderella, one Skywalker, and a mix of Critical and Euforia. I’m confident I've identified at least one of each. Four plants are on target for a decent yield in their 3-7 gallon pots, while the other two will serve as trial plants. I expect the arrival of new nutrients by next week, but for Cinderella and Skywalker, I will continue their current feeding schedule for an extra week since they're slightly ahead of the rest in growth and still will be in 2nd week by week 3 mid. IDK how helpful is 127 LED E27 bulb but something is better than nothing. Will be shifting to indoor after fall so saving for a pretty decent setup now. More updates to come. Any tips or suggestions for a first-time grow in a greenhouse setup would be appreciated!

So week 3 and they look good, I may have messed count of 2-3 days but approx 20 days now for all the plants and they look as I was expecting. 2 plants look stunted so I am just treating them as extras/add on's. But happy that Cinderella jack and skywalker are in pretty nice shape. They get 12-13 hours of direct sunlight and total 14-15 hours of daylight let's see for the remaining 2/3 rd time. Added a heater and now feel that was the smartest move as suddenly temp is near 0 for 2 days and under 10 for this week. It's small but does the job so min temp is 17/18* never falls below 15. ' I did a bit of lst, don't think I have bend them too much, The green plants are white clovers for nitrogen fixation. I do control their numbers so I don't think that will be problem. Will be busy for for weeks so will update once a week. Also lowering ph to 6-6.2 will do it till 5.8 by week 4. (personally feeling they are doing better when I am busy so will keep less eye on them now 😂) I did removed 1 fan leaf from Cinderella jack as I felt it needed more light on nodes, dosen't look bad at all till now but I am not doing it more till week 4/5 now. Idk for eyes now skywalker feels a little bit more idk how to say beautiful? XD but okay ik it's more because it looks less bushy the growth is fine. Let me know if I did mess up somewhere guys. Keep growing

The plants are doing great with the right nutrients, and the clovers around them are growing nicely too. I think the plant in the 3-liter pot is Auto Euforia because its leaves are different. That means the big one in the 7-gallon pot must be Auto Critical Orange. I've started giving them more food this week, like Bloom and Top-Max, but not too much. The weather has been up and down, but my garden heater really helped. It kept the plants warm, even when I forgot to turn it on once and it got a bit colder. Now the sun's out more, and they can even be outside the greenhouse sometimes. I tried bending the plants a bit, and they look better. I'm learning new things about growing all the time. The plants were okay when I left them alone for a couple of days, which showed me that I don't need to do too much for them. I didn't move the big pot because the Banana Blaze plant has good genes will start another diary for it, so I'm keeping it there. I'm only allowed to grow nine plants, and that's fine because I do most of the gardening. Skywalker is growing fast with clear spots where the branches will come out. I trimmed a few leaves and that helped the others grow more. Auto Euforia is also doing well in its 3-gallon pot. I hope they can grow a bit more before they start flowering. The next part of growing is starting, and I'm excited to see what happens. The pics are from 1st day of week 4 so they will grow more by the end. Let's see how it goes!

I've finally gotten a handle on the weeks and timeline. The plant I'm 90% sure is Auto Euforia is now in week 5 and showing signs of flowering, with white pistils clearly visible. I expect fully formed buds to appear next week. Skywalker and Cinderella Jack are a bit behind, about 5 days. Cinderella Jack is just starting to show a small white pistil, so I think it will enter full flowering by week 6. Initially, Cinderella Jack was growing much taller than Skywalker, which is why I chose a 5-gallon pot for it. However, it’s now focusing more on upward growth, and the buds at the nodes are becoming more distinct. Meanwhile, Skywalker, which seemed smaller in week 3, is now catching up impressively. It might take another week to start flowering. I think removing some leaves may have slowed Cinderella Jack down a bit, but Skywalker has responded well to the same treatment. I’m hopeful it will develop more branches soon. I feel I have 1 more week of veg with this beast and want to use the most out of it. These three plants are in airpots. The fourth, Critical Orange, is doing okay too. I think the airpot makes a difference, though it was too heavy to move and catch the best sun, unlike the smaller pots. There's a lot of debate about not transplanting autos, but if the roots are small compared to the pot size, I don’t see the harm in moving them. I’ll have to wait and see. Last week wile LST on Cinderella, accidentally tore a couple of leaves, which might have stressed it. But that’s okay; it’s all part of learning since this is my first grow. I’m really careful about humidity now to avoid any mold or pests, so the plants are outside the greenhouse. The temperature dropped to 12°C on one particularly cold night, but usually, it doesn’t go below 15°C for more than an hour or two during the day. The weather was sunny this week, with a bit of rain, but overall, the conditions are good. I have a heater as a backup if needed. I’ll be busy for the next two weeks, so the next update will be a while. Keeping my fingers crossed everything goes well!

Week 6 Begins: A Quick Update As week 6 kicks off, I didn’t manage to update my Frisian Dew diary, but here’s the current state of my garden: Skywalker: This one's quite bushy and surprisingly got an extra week of vegetative growth, making it the bushiest of the bunch. Cinderella Jack: A bit weaker due to earlier over-trimming but overall fine. Critical Orange Punch: Also benefited from an unexpected extra week of vegetative growth this one did the best after LST and I was pretty hard on this with bends (Acc to me). It's looking promising. Auto Euforia: Out of the two Euforia plants, one is showing pistils at the nodes. It's trailing ahead of all. Overall Plant Health: Pistillation has started on the other two plants, which had me worried for a bit, but now it's clear that last week was still in the vegetative phase. Looking forward to sunny days ahead and hoping for some solid growth this week. I’ll keep you all posted with more updates soon. Fingers crossed for more good news!

dump will update later setting up indoor now with new lamps, will set up 3 more like this : Will also create diaries for new fem and new autos all plants in 18-20 hours light cycles only dews will grow outdoor. for now : skywalker - pretty good , critical orange : smells great and growing fast its side branches with small buds I might have to trim it in multiple rows in a month or later. cindrella jack - is stunned but The whole 5 gallon pot is empty so I will put another seed there as it has only covered 10% of the pot. Not much hopes from this one budding has started ( No strong smell or stickiness like critical orange) Will hit 14-15 week mark on all of them, will push my harvest as late as possible

Hey everyone, So, all the plants are nearly ready, maybe two to three weeks more. The autos look good but took longer than expected. I’ve got two Critical Orange – one’s stunted, but the other’s doing nice with two main colas and three to four smaller buds. The Critical Orange is super frosty and smells just like orange. I’ll chop this in a month max, though some people said to wait a bit more. I have mixed opinions on it, but let’s see. I have the small stunted plant in a 1/2 L pot, so I will cut it surely in 21 days max, or let’s see. The Skywalker is killing it with three to four main colas and more than 10-11 big buds I can see. Skywalker smells out of this world; I have never smelled something like this, idk how to describe it. It also grew best among all in this run. I will surely grow this again, but it's really a lot bushy. It smells like diesel. Cinderella Jack is pretty stunted, so just one main cola there. It has a little different smell, and none of them have the same node profile. I can’t wait to have a smoke, I swear. Waiting myself to break a bud XD. I’ve got one small Critical Orange that I'll be chopping before the bigger plant, though the bigger one seems ahead of the smaller one. From next week, I’m switching to just pH-balanced tap water for all the plants. I’ve already cut down the nutrients a bit. Set up the indoor grow, and it’s making difference, though I can't be sure since these plants haven’t really kicked off yet. However, the new autos I’ll update you on in a week or two are growing pretty massively. It might be due to the increased sunlight hours – they’re getting around 18-20 hours of light. Though it’s suggested to give them 12 hours of light during flowering, I’ve heard from many that autos can handle 20-24 hours throughout their cycle. I’m aiming to max out the yield and get the buds to their max weight. Won’t be waiting more than 15 weeks on at least one of the plants. Stay tuned for more updates!
