Peyronie's Disease is a serious condition. Nobody likes a bent moby dick.
The lower shielded leaves twisting to get hit by more light could be normal.
The twsited new growth as well as the clawing points toward soemthing nutrient related. Twisted new growth usually relates to a trace element, but that's a rare thing. So, is pH drifting? easy to eliminate that as a possiblity. Leaf tips curling can be caused by more than one thing.
It;s difficult to judge the color of your leaves under those grow lights. Even full spectrum grow lights are difficult to see leaves accurately. Whatever is going on it's slowly progressing, so don't overreact too much. Ensure pH is good, maybe drop N 5-10% without changing the other nutes too drastically from what was given before. Can re-assess in 7-10 days assuming it doesn't take a nosedive.
