I just typed a lot, switched to another app for one second to check the germ date, and my phone decided to erase it all. I'm not typing it all out again so here are the highlights: I planted early because I had to have spinal surgery, I had little to no resources to purchase much fancy grow medium or nutrients, and I'm going to try my very best but que sera sera.
Follow me to see if my garbage outdoor setup grows anything worth consuming.
4 Godfather OG in pots 1 in ground (it germinated like a week after the others I thought it was a dud), 7 White Widow in pots, and 3 random bag seeds in the ground (just for s&g).
I can't really take close pictures because I can't bend at the hip, but if they manage to survive whatever is clipping pieces off the leaves they should continue to thrive.
One ones in ground are about a week later than the others.

Trying to keep them as low to the ground as I can manage. Avoiding all HST this year, besides defoliation of the branches that would have been touching the ground. Got some early flowers already, which used to be frustrating but seems to randomly happen every year. I don't fight it but just embrace the flowers and change the feeding for those particular plants. I might replace the one in the biggest pot. It recovered from almost complete defoliation as a seedling, but I think that losing that momentum stunted it too much to recover and flower. I hate to replace a feminized seed with a non-fem, but I think it may be necessary in this case.

Been slacking on updating this. It's funny to list as veg when only 5/15 are still in veg, but it is what it is. Going to be harvesting the first one as early as the end of this month. Will probably plant a few more non-fem seeds just to fill the pot space. I've had success in the past with planting new seedlings up to a few weeks before the solstice, but only bad results planting afterwards.

It was too rainy to get a pic of the ones on the other side of the yard.
The one that is almost ready to harvest is starting to foxtail, but I'm still going to wait for some amber trichomes.

One Godfather OG is fully harvested now, and I had to cut the top cola off one of the White Windows due to heavy rainfall and wind. It's been a crazy monsoon seasons a few moments I thought I was going to lose a few but they all made it through so far. The tallest one is now slightly taller than me I believe it's now in the pre-flower stretch phase.
