Transplanted the Banana daddy’s yesterday because I did not know auto should start in the big pot. Hopefully It won’t stall too much. They both look decant for wk2 and 1. Is it me or do auto’s look a little more sickly compared to photo’s when they are babies. They are great genetics they just look weak! I so wish the lemon cherry gelato was an auto not a photo because it looks so nasty!
I was going to do four autos this run, but I screwed up and started the lemon cherry gelato that I believe is just a photo.I
Donated two of the plants, but kept this girl cause she looked too damn good . So I started germinating the lilac diesel auto , but only one came up out of three so then I germinated the two banana daddies and they both came up, yeah I know it’s gonna be rough doing a photo and at the same time but the autos are gonna be my priority and I’m just gonna have to work around the one photo
hopefully the autos will be done right when the photo is really getting into flower and I can change the lighting schedule . Auto are saying 65 days to harvest and the lemon cherries supposed to be a slower growing so it might sync up perfectly. I like a challenge especially for my 1st indoor grow. It’s gonna be tight with 4 ladies in a 2x4 tent! I am pretty good at training when I grew outdoors, I should be able to get all 4. If not the photo is going outside and I’ll focus on the 3 auto’s. The photo has a 3 week head start.
Wish me luck guys!!
Everything is looking great so far. Lilac Diesel is starting to switch to flower and loving the smell already. I trimmed a couple fan leaves just enough to help with air flow. I don’t want to stress and slow anything down. Daytime temps in the tent are stressing me out! It was getting close to 83 so I got a portable 5000 btu AC from Amazon for 160 (sucks to spend more money). That got the temp to 80. Cranked the light 100% and that got me on the temps. Hopefully it’s under control. Got a lot of airflow in the tent and got an EXHALE co2 generator bag to help with the heat stress.
Chugging right along! Since these girls are getting there I would start 2 new. Going for a perpetual harvest
I would say the LD is gonna take till day 70-75. It’s day 61 today. I’ll see how close I’ll get. The BD’s are 2.5 weeks behind give or take a day or so. They will finish later as well. Can totally tell the sativa heavy Banana Daddy, the leaves are so narrow compared to the Diesel. The tent stinks soooo badly when the lights are off and the inline fan shuts off (it’s temp controlled at 78 degrees so it’s off when dark)
Almost there. I am hoping another 2-3 weeks. Going on VK next week so I plan on harvesting when I get back on June 7th. I just pray it does not ripen before then and I get to it too late. That will break my heart.
Now comes the part I always choke on. The dreaded dry. Last year I tried to emulate Matt at Mr. Canucks by making sure I controlled the humidity and kept the temperature low and did not try to rush it and it came out much better than it usually does. I got a little mini Grow tent that should be able to hold everything for dry and I’ll be able to keep that really dark ventilated and then I can pump in a humidifier to hit 60. Gonna glow as slow as it takes
