Direct sow to Happy Frog soil on 4/6. Starting indoors but may move outside with it. Not sure yet.
I have a seedling on 4/13. Week 1 veg starts now.
I pop 1 seed at a time and have 100% germ rate on everything I’ve tried so far, regardless of breeder, and be it paper towel or direct sow.
This one was no exception.
Strange leaf thing happening but I have a feeling it will grow out of it.
Trying to make playtime outside for a couple hours a day. Nights are still a bit chilly for my liking.
Not sure if those wonky leaves are nute stress or just a genetic thing but she’s happy nonetheless. Have not amended the soil with anything yet. Straight Happy Frog soil.
Should probably start LST soon. I have altered the growth of everything I’ve grown so far through LST or topping. Debating whether or not I should let this go without my interference and see what gives.
I said I wasn’t going to train her but I couldn’t resist.
No nutes yet but I’m thinking it might be time for a top dress. Lowered the height of the lights a few inches.
May have stunted her with the LST. Top dressed with Gaia and Epsom salt. Getting a smell now. Some brown spots appearing on leaves. Not sure what that’s about.
Been living happily outside for the last several days.
Not a very big plant and wasn’t into LST obviously.
Buds are starting to pack on some size and weight.
Super sticky. Seems pretty happy on the porch. Letting her do her thing. Haven’t added any nutes in about 10 days. Seems ok without them for the time being.
Might top dress next week and try to fatten those buds more.
This little monster smells very skunky. Lots of frost.
Seems to be thriving outdoors. Gaia top dress and giving generous amounts of water to deal with the 95F daytime heat.
Getting close to chop time. Buds are not really bulking up or showing new growth at this point despite a dose of Gaia. Some minor defoliation as a few leaves have started turning. Some amber starting to show up.
Started getting stressed with the heat and humidity outside. Onset of mites, mealy bugs, and rot. I think I caught it early enough. The rot was only in a small section of the main cola. Was able to salvage most of the plant. Washed off the few bugs it had and let it dry.
Didn’t find any while trimming. Bud is extremely sticky. This would probably make good hash.
Would probably do better indoors.
