Hola Mister Marlboro 🤝
Long time no see.
10.6 Oldies doing their thing and 6 New Liners are now out. 1 is still waiting to get new home.
Did that chicken home for them to make it easier cover for first week with sheet and after that if gods get angry and decide to throw something shit from sky. Roots was white and healthy lookkng.
Going to buy humidity meter for soil and hit it there. These raised beds seems to get dry pretty fast.
With Smokey Hopes 💨
chicken wire? wild life been chewin the t'baccy? lol
if this works we'll be following your lead. twenty bucks for a pack of smokes is brutal. aussies still ahve it worse....fifty+ a pack
@popcornsutton, chicken wire is only skeleton for my white sheet.
I think animals might dont like it.
I hope that in future everyone smoke additive free home grown tobacco 🙏
Eff you Mr Marlboro. Stupid chemicals and stupid making me pay like 7 bux a pack to kms.
Also LOL they are so cute. Only difference I see really is sizes
@Rangaku, i get 50-60 for 14 when i roll. Still pretty expensive. Not smoking that much tobacco now a days. Prefer something more Green. At the morning is nice to wake up slowly, take cup of coffee, sit down to coach at garage and light up tobacco. That instant feeling inside you when them both hit and youre already running to the toilet is perfect 🤣
@Hattiwatti, 13? Holy shit. That’s insane. And ohhh you’re right- I do see some with round and some points. Good lookin out. I better up my game. Maybe it will be even more so next week. Don’t let us down babies 😬.
@Still_Smoq, thanks. Atleast not dead 🤣 doing pretty fine . Hope those old ones doesnt like bad when new liners settle for neighbour. Ofcourse house is double size and grass is greener 😅
'The new line' looks pristine!
Those lower leaves will make excellent wrappers in some months if you intend to make some cigars, and the damaged ones you can just dry, cure and hide inside the cigar 😊👌💨.
@MalumProhibitum, and what comes to new line i think pristine is right Word to descripe them. First roots grow out from pot couple days ago and they are getting almost 24h light in day for next month. I think they going to love it.
See you when these are safely in ground.
@Nofeckingclue79, its same plant but they have many strains for cigar. And not stupid question at all. Not that long time ago i was asking same question.
@CRANKSTER_420, thanks. Purple virginia 🤣🤣🤣🤣 lets see if next ones lives little bit longer at outside.
Ps. Im still going to get seeds and one gig from these.
Putted some of my tabacco plants too early outside, gotten eaten by birds and snails mostly. Still got some left behind also virginia:).. GL with your growth :)
@Rangaku, thanks a lot. Been reading and watching videos whole day about growing and curing tobacco. Intresting. Pretty same as weed. Growing just leafs. Cigar sounds also intresting to try. Something like 90 to 120 days after transplanting outside. Loves sun and can be pretty big plant. 2m tall?
... you actually killed it. I tried growing tocacco one, too. Wasn't a success either ... . What type is it? Virginia? You've actually written it on top of the report. TY.
@Hattiwatti, Yeah, you’re definitely right. I’m going to be watching this to see if it seems like something worthwhile to do myself at some point. They look happy and healthy so far
@Krisis, this is new for me also. Tobacco is so expensive now a days and full of chemicals. So why not to grow it. I have once before grow it but it was tobacco rustica. Growing should be pretty easy and curing is the thing that makes it hard. If you want good taste. Lets see how it goes. Growing pretty fast.
Boa companheiro.
That‘s awesome man! I grew some virginia tobacco last year as well, beautiful plants, 2 metres tall. But the drying and curing didn‘t went well, it smoked like burnt tea.. didn‘t taste well at all.. how are you planning on drying and curing? Maybe i will try again this year, as cigarettes are way to expensive
@Hattiwatti, haha yeah man i smoked tea too as a kid, that why i know how it tastes 😂 same here man, i watched every single video. This time i will try to let the tobacco dry slowly so it dries brown and not green, and i left some leaves on my balcony in the sun day and night and those were the ones that looked the best actually! So i guess i will just try that. But yeah humidifier is probably a great idea! Wish you the best with this grow, hopefully we will get a smokeable product this time
@@MatherFacker420, thanks. I have also have grow it one time before. Just like you i get it too dry and it tastes like shit.
Im going to dry them really slowly this time. Tent and humidifier would be good option. Im reading and watching videos about curing/growing daily. Not yet sure what might be the best option. Have to try couple ways and see what suits my needs best.
Ps. You remind me from smoking tea at forest when i was kid. It was awful 🤣
