I submerged the seed in water for 24hrs, then placed in Coco coir in a half filled "Pot-Noodle" pot with drainage holes, the reason it is half filled is that if the seedling becomes "Leggy", I can add more Coco to the pot to correct before it becomes an issue.
I then placed it in a propagator (85% RH), on a heat mat (25˙), under a 27w aquarium LED light bar (250 PPFD). This bar's spectrum is geared towards plant growth.
