Single seed dropped (04/08/24) in to a seed soak, consisting of 1g HPO green supreme and 1g HPO anti matter stirred into 250ml of tank water, Ph’d to 6.4ish.
Transferred to a cotton pad after soaking for 24 hours and displaying the taproot, remaining on the pad for a further 24. Next the seed went straight into its final 4 gallon pot with coco, worm castings and perlite, watered with 60ml of pH’d water and topped with a 7 inch humidity dome.
seedling popped (04/10/24) with no husk complications. Healthy, large, dark green cotyledon leaves, substantial stalk, extremely small single serrated leaves. First two days saw a concerning amount of stretch. Staked and supported, distance to light reduced further. She’s bottom heavy, thick long stem, tiny top.
Day 1 IPM: 1 tsp Dalotia Rove Beetle and standard sticky trap dispersal.
