Pistils are starting to get brownish. I believe I have more or less one week to harvest? The main cola is the one with the most brown pistils, the side colas are slightly more white. Hope you guys can have an idea from the photos. Any ETAs?

Just notice some leaves started curling up, but only the middle-lower ones, the top leaves seem all fine. Can anyone tell me what is wrong?

Hello @BadKarma ! Most commonly this comes from heat/humidity stress and nutrient burn. Incorrect PH makes lots of deficiencies and you have none. I believe its a genetic treat . I have seen this before. A strain that makes that very very often is the alien rift from ocean grown seeds ( www.youtube.com/watch he talks about that treat). You don't have to worry. Happy growing ! 👊

I'm growing this plant very carefully to not draw too much attention, so i'm leaving her grow without any kind of training of very specific nutrients. She looks about 1 m high, what do you guys think the harvest is going to amount to? How many weeks are left to harvest?

Hi @BadKarma! Nice Indica you got there! With only 45W of LED lighting buds may take longer than breeder's schedule to really fatten up and express their potential. Especially if you're not using a bloom stimulator and keep feeding with Nitrogen (alga-grow). Now that you have passed the 4th week of flowering, plant should have ended to stretch and should be focusing its energy onto buds production. Nitrogen is no more necessary and might lead to overfeeding symptoms. All she needs for now is a good P+K booster to properly develop the bud sites and expand its calyxes. Do you have some Alga-bloom in stock? Or any other blooming stimulator that contains enough P+K? Finally, your night temp is the lowest temp cannabis can usually handle with no issue, so if possible you should try to raise your night temp to 18-20°C, this should help her out. It is also true for your daily temp, 18°C is a bit low, try to push to 23-25°C for best results. Finally, checking and adjusting the pH and EC of your feedings will dramatically help her to grow big & sticky buds. If you don't have the appropriate testers, you can find them at your local growshop for a few dollars, ask the reseller to calibrate them for you and to show your how it works. Hope this will help, keep us up-to-date so we can help you to refine the parameters, and happy growing

Not sure when it is time to harvest? This is my first grow, and I've looked up some guides, but It is not clear to me whether I should wait for all the colas to have to right color. The main one looks pretty much done, but there are small ones to the sides still completely white.

the main idea is that you want your colas to be ready when you harvest them. If they're not ready, then you waste 3 months of work for what? anyway a common thing to do is to harvest the ready part first then the other parts when they are ready two weeks later. So chop the main when you think it's ready, then leave the secondaries another two weeks and harvest them afterwards. your plant will look funny without a head, but it will actually make the other parts stronger and taste better. Consider the first chop a high stress training technique, the plant will think it's under atack and make more trychomes and terpenes so stronger a better weed in other words. What's not to like about that? hope this helps ! 🚀

don't switch and stay on 18/6, bigger buds :)

@BadKarma, more light the better , these "equivalences" are mostly marketing fluff - not your fault ! ... i'm thankful you put the true watts in there , you're looking to hit 135 true watts for fatter buds, but you'll notice a difference at 90 also... good luck whatever you decide my friend ! 🚀

@CRiSPrGrow, it's a LED light, so 45 W are basically 200 W from incandescence bulbs. Is that still too small? She occupies around 1 square meter, and I read 30-40 W are more than enough for that.
CRiSPrGrow

@HighestGrade, even 24/0 because the light is so small... let's see !

@BadKarma, im surprised some ppl use around 300W and have around 40/45 gr from autos, must say well done man almost got every watt in gr's back👏
BadKarma

@Hydro_sweetness, the declared watts are indeed 45, but it doesn't specify if those are true watts or equivalent watts. I suspect it is the latter, since my plant grew really nice. Bought it on amazon, it's called Amzdeal Plant Lamp 45w 225 LED but it is not available anymore last I checked.

At that from just 45w's? is that 45w draw from the wall or advertised?
BadKarma
BadKarma
@HighTV, I'm pretty sure the true watts are more like 200 W in equivalent incandescence bulbs. Or maybe I just have a really green thumb :)

Hey dude! I am no expert i am a noob but i would like to say something if you are cool! :) I think that if you do not increase the power of your lights you should at least offer 24/7 light to give her as much light as possible. More over i would recommend you to try and LSTing those branches that are still kind of bendable and make some selective defoliation at the bottom half of the plant! The reason i am mentioning it is because your light from the specs you mention is not powerful enough so i think it is a waste of energy on the plants part to try and grow flowers at places where the light hardly reaches. Lastly as @Stick mentioned, add some small quantity of blooming nutrients. Harvest when you have more than 70-80% of the pistils turning orange Happy Growing! :)

Beautiful! I'm planning to grow exactly this same strain. Currently in the germinating process and will start a new diary if she makes it into life.

She looks too young to me at this stage. A jewelers loupe will allow you to check the trichomes, which is best. They are relatively cheap, I think mine cost around $15. Look for milky to amber trichomes, not clear. Without a loupe my best advice would be to wait until about 80% of the white hairs have darkened and curled in. My guess is you still have 2-3 weeks to go. Stay patient, it will pay off in the end!

hey man check out my growcaps grow, you've got a tiny light on this plant, it' gonna go real slow, wont get that fat, but you can probably pull a solid 55gs if you keep being careful + rigorous... my auto took 25 weeks... yours looks like it could have another 2-3 months so 12 weeks in her ! good luck, maybe consider doubling or tripling the lights if you want a quicker harvest. hope this helps my friend ! 🚀

Seems you just flipped light cycles. They look good to me, maybe a bit on the prolonged heat side, but minimal.
