This week, I continued with the low-stress training (LST) and further tied the plants. LST is a technique where plants are gently bent and tied to enhance light distribution and air circulation throughout their structure. The primary aim of this method is to keep the plants low and wide, promoting the growth of more side shoots and flower heads. Additionally, I fertilized the plants for the first time this week, providing them with essential nutrients to support their development.
