Fruit Punch, Caramel, Sticky Beast, Pink Rozay #1

Finally entering week 2. Let's call it first week of veg. I will start fertilizing with the beginning of week 3. (BioBizz Grow) All plants looking good so far but Sticky Beast. Looks like it has some genetic issues? PH Water (tap water): 6.5 (adjusted with citric acid) EC: ~354 µS/cm (0.354 mS/cm) PPM: ~179 Watering 500ml every 3-4 days. Sticky Beast gets less due to its small size. About 250ml. Light intensity: PPFD: ~ 300 µmol/m²*s DLI: ~ 19.44 mol/m²*d I may increase the light intensity slowy to a peek of about 400µmol. Lights still run at 25% which is about 100 Watts. I only increase light intensity by adjusting the hanging hight of the LED. Iam very satisfied with bio bizz light mix so far. The plants seem to like it too.

I'll start fertilizing with 50% from BioBizz schema. Still haven't increased light intensity yet (100W 25%). I may go for higher intensity light this week. As long as the plants are not praying after a full light cycle i won't increase it. Caramel and Fruit Punch are 14 days old. Sticky Beast and Pink Rozay are 12 days old. Growth looks fine to me! Well, with Sticky Beast out of the equation. I still believe it will just grow fine. Seems like it topped itsself. I'll start a first LST this week. Usually between day 14 and 16. Plants start to smell.

Watering every 5-6 days with 1 liter of tap water. Ph at 6.5. Adding 1ml/l of Fish Mix. I have been using Bio Grow but switched to Fish Mix for this week until first weeks of flower. Will see how the plants react to it. As for now Fish Mix does not seem to be as smelly as everyone says. I'll give an update about this. Used techniques: LST and Defoliation. Day 21: Caramel, Fruit Punch Day 19: Sticky Beast, Pink Rozay PPFD: 400-450 µmol/m²/s DLI: 27-30 µmol/m²/d Btw: The videos of Basementganja are helping me alot with this first grow. I highly recommend them, especially the timelapses, for everyone. You can actually see what he does and when. Some piece of cake!

Welcome to week 4! I stopped fertilizing. I am fighting a nitrogen abundance. Dark shiny leafs and some burned tips showing in week 3. Could be anything else but i am pretty sure its to much nitrogen. Propably it's slowing the growth rate but as far as i can tell, they are growing pretty well. I fed them overall just 2 or 3 times with 50% of the BioBizz schema. I think due to the size of my pots (20L) it's not necessary to start using BioBizz products as early as they recommend. Signs of nutrient burn started after using BioGrow and it seems to not get worse after the use of Fish mix. First week of bloom should be no far in the future. I use LST on regular basis (2-3 days/plant) and cut some leafs if necessary. I try to keep the plants all on the same height. Next time i'll go with a scrog net. PPFD: 550-620 DLI: 35-40 PH: 6.5 My light is on 50% power and i will increase it to max 75% in the next weeks. This heavily depends on the growth of the next weeks. If i can fill the tent i'll go higher in power and hanging height to get a better "uniformity" of the light distribution. See you next week!

Welcome to week 5 They started flowering a few days ago. Stopped stretching. The plants are definitly stressed. Light Stress? NPK Problems? Calmag? PH? Overwatered? I have no clue. Just too many possibilites. And nothing seems to really fit. The BioBizz schema is way to confusing for beginners. I have been reading alot about it and started with 50% with every watering. But still, seems to be way to much for autos. Even in Light Mix. Anyways, Sticky Beast looks fine to me. Even if it had some genetic issues in the first few weeks it started to grow nicely. Overall, i am satisfied with the size of the plants in general. I guess my LST worked out well. At the moment i am watering with a PH of 6.5 but soon will go down to 6.3. The plants seemed to like this more. I constantly LST and defoliate as i see fit.

Welcome to week 6! I have been adjusting the fertilizer dosage. Lowered PH to 6.3 and increased light intensity to almost 75%(~260W). PPFD 450-550, DLI 26-35 Hanging height between 60-80cm I'll continue with 50% of BioBizz Schema and some plain waterings in between. I water every 3-4 days with 1.5L. Plants growing nicely and starting to form some buds.

Welcome to week 7! Plants are not doing great i guess. Something is going on with their leafs. I give BioGrow once a week and BioBloom/TopMax almost with every watering. 50% of BB-Schema. I'm a victim of PH fluctuations. I always put in about 6.3-6.5 and run off is often 6.7 and higher. But i cant get it to lower. After 4 days it's up there again. It doenst matter if i put in 6.2 or 6.5 or whatever. Dont really know what to do about it. Maybe it's my "hard" tap water. IDK. I normally don't water with runoff. Caramel should be almost ready. Maybe 14 days more. 21 for Sticky Beast and Fruit Punch and 28 for Pink rozay.

Its growing. I have been using tap water. Switched to rain water.
