Germination
First I put the seeds in a glass of water for about 24 hours - then I left the burst seeds to germinate in a wet paper towel on a plate in a warm place (storage room 24 degrees Celsius) for another 2 days before planting them in the pot.
Soil pot
I mixed the pot of soil according to the biotabs NL instructions and watered it - then I left the watered pot to soak for about 1 day and only then planted the glued seeds - and then watered them again lightly (~200ml).
Water
I use reverse osmosis water and add 2ml of CalMag from advanced nutrients per liter of water.
Week_1
There's nothing great to report about the first week. I had 2 fans running at the beginning, but after 3 days I turned one fan off because it was stressing the right plant a bit too much (leaves drooping). After turning off the fan, the leaves turned back towards the light. Otherwise, I watered as before. I added 1 liter of reverse osmosis water, 2 ml of CalMag and watered each pot with 0.5l divided into 2 intervals.
In order to increase the humidity in the tent, I started using the humidifier from day 4. During the day the humidity is 55% and at night it is 68%.
Week 2
This week I put a humidifier in the tent for a few days. Without it the humidity is around 42-49%, with it it is around 55%. I don't know if this makes sense.. Maybe one of you has some advice for me, thanks in advance.
I noticed that the leaves were slowly starting to curl up at the edges. I then did some research and hung the lamp higher, about 120cm above the leaf tips and reduced the power from 50% to 40%. I hope that I have solved the problem. So far I think the leaves of the plants look better.
I watered every ~ two days - without draining - and since yesterday the water quantity has been 1.5L per plant divided into 3x0.5l watering units (water, wait 30min to 1h, water again, wait, etc.). I added 6ml of CalMag to 3 liters of osmosis water.
I put the last Biobizz tab into the soil and filled the pot with some more soil.

Week 3
This week I removed the lower shoots and leaves (day 16; please see photos) and did nothing else except watering. Watered as before - osmosis water and 2ml CalMag per liter. oh yes .. I placed the leaves daily so that the shoots get as much light as possible .. I want to keep it simple. Thanks
Week 4
the right plant shows a deficiency... no idea what that is. the light from the lamp was too strong at first but it shouldn't be... I don't know - I'll keep an eye on it... I think the left plant looks good... growing splendidly - sativa genes are showing... the right plant is growing more bushy
👉Defoliation and exposing the shoots👈
I removed all the leaves that were or would soon be covered with scissors ✂️ - I started in the middle to give the plant more air flow
Currently checking daily and tying away branches/leaves to give the buds more light and watering when the soil is dry. Currently my plants drink exactly 1,5L a day. I have the feeling that the right plant is lacking a bit of potassium. I'll leave everything as it is for now because the left plant (fresh new soil) is growing well. Since the right plant is quite bushy anyway, I'll defoliate it again later and remove any lower shoots. I started adding the Bio PK booster towards the middle of the first week of flowering, 2ml per liter of water; as the pH value drops too much, I correct it upwards with Biobizz pH up - from pH 5.5 to 6.5 for 3L, I add a total of 39 drops. My water is mixed as follows: 3L osmosis water, plus 6ml CalMag, 6ml BioPK 5-8 and 39 drops of pH + BioBizz.
There is nothing new at the moment, I am happy - looks good in my opinion. The plants have grown 14cm in the last 3 days and are drinking the 1.5l of water until the next day. I think I will use the next round of plant bags in the hope of being able to water every other day - I am also thinking about switching to hydroponic, i.e. with automatic watering. I now have the lamp hanging about 80cm above the top of the plant and I have gone from 50% 132.5 watts to 70% 185 watt lamp power - I think I will increase it further towards the middle of the week. I have had problems with watering since day 36 - I can currently water twice a day, 1.5l right at the start of the light cycle and again after 8 hours. I think the pot size and pot selection was wrong because this pot is simply too aerated and therefore does not store or can store very little water - it is annoying when the plant is flowering. I have just ordered an automatic watering system and hope that this will solve the problem. At day 41 they got 0.5L compost tea with 2ml pk booster biotabs nl. The left plant i defoliate harder then the left plant on the right side - I wanna see if there is any difference between in budstructure later or if the plant stocks because of shocking to hard. At the moment the bud structure from the right plant looks better in my opinion; I take some bud shots tomorrow. Now I spent ~ 1h daily / plant with watering and pushing leafs etc.
What's there to report? My plants drink 1.5L twice a day - I have the impression that they could be losing their leaves every day, but I have to restrain myself a bit - they are automatic seeds and they are said to not be able to handle a lot of stress; take a look yourself - the buds are slowly taking shape. Unfortunately, my automatic drainage system is not yet available, so I have to carry on watering by hand every day. I go to the limit with the fertilizer dose - it has worked without any problems so far with the osmosis water. My next grow will be with regular seeds - I'm not interested in quantity but quality. Let's see how the ladies develop. When does it make sense to remove all the large leaves - is there a guideline? My observations are that the plant on the right is taking the leaf loss well - the one on the left is a bit difficult. :-) When I compare the bud structure, I see that the plant on the right is producing or starting to produce thick buds - the one on the right has rather thin buds. I have no idea why this is the case - the only difference is the distance to the lamp. The lamp runs at 100% with sunrise and sunset functions. The plant on the left is larger and is 50cm away, the plant on the right is a bit smaller and is 60cm away from the light. It's annoying that I can only water twice a day - 2l after sunrise and another 1l 10h later; however, this liter only contains water with CalMag 2ml/L. Thanks
Up until now I thought everything was going well - and that was the first time... well, since the second to last watering, the right plant has been showing signs of rust on its leaves; I find it strange that the rust spots are running from top to bottom!? The plants had been given the same compost tea the day before as the last times. I'm a bit confused - I think it could be a fungus because of the twice-daily watering. I stopped watering in the morning yesterday - now I give each plant 1.5L of water with 3ml calmag every day instead of 1.5L 1h after sunrise and 1L before sunset. Have any of you ever had something like this? Could it be due to a one-off incorrect pH value? I mix the compost tea with osmosis water and do not regulate the pH value. From day 50 I only add water with CalMag at the movement.
This week I had almost no time at all due to family commitments - I'm also completely at a loss as to what deficiency my plants are suffering from. I would say a serious calcium magnesium deficiency. But why? I mixed every watering with calmag - I suspect that the pH value in the soil was not right at times. The deficiency came overnight with the second compost tea. Oh well - I hope I can still salvage something. I would be very grateful for help. Thank you 🙏
my first grow is coming to an end; I watered it for the last time today - the trichomes are milky. From tomorrow when the lights go out I will put them in the dark for another 24 hours, then it is time to harvest. I meant it a bit too well with the PK booster - I hope the next grow will be better... thanks for your help.
