This is actually week 5. Sorry folks. Still not as mighty as imagination but I've addressed all those issues in previous posts. It's now a race between them and the bag seed. Moved to a slightly more sunnier spot.
No so great this week for the kush. I had an accident wish broke one of the plants tops so I decided to top them all save for one and see how i goes from the re. pH runoff is at 7.4 which is weird since. washed them with 6.7. Been watering almost once a week now and let the rain fall when it wants. Not happy over all but these are just experiments as far as I'm concerned. Had some shiny white spots on some so sprayed with neem oil. Seems to have cleared up some. Might give it another dose in a few days when I'm sure it's not going to rain
I cut out the water drastically to with all my plants to try and improve root growth, the plants themselves are developing slowly after topping and in hindsight I should have just let them grow considering they were having trouble to begin with. Also, I've switched to seagro because I honestly have no idea what I am doing with the 3 step nutes when it says to give them all at the same time which is counter to what I've seen other people do with it. I figured with something like seagro I can't go wrong.
What is really interesting is that the freedom farms media transplant test I did with one of the plants is producing darker, healthier looking leaves. Obviously some sort of issue with the soil I have the others in. Not enough magnesium maybe.
Since I started using this seagro kalpak mix now everything is shooting of like crazy. The little 10% shade cloth and glass hut I made helped with the light burn and heat problems too I think.
