I've decided to give the RQS F1's a try. I germinated this Medusa seed with a paper towel for 6 days before planting. It's sprung up and we're off and running........
Good luck! I'm currently doing a Medusa F1 too, Day 37 (since germination) for mine. How did you get a 6 day germination? Mine germinated, had a 1/4" tap root about 24 hours after soaking and had broken the soils surface around 48-60 hours after germination.
@steveaustin, Thanks. Maybe there's something different with mine. It's only my 3rd grow and 2nd with auto's, so who knows. The third week is when things really took off. She's stayed short, just under 14 inches atm but as wide as my 5gal pot. I struggle with feeding, I always over feed at the beginning and end up under feeding during flowering. You'll get it figured out though.
@SlamFM, I used a paper towel and left it alone for 6 days to be safe, since I've had 3 out of my past 6 seeds fail to pop. It might have popped and been ready sooner. The ones that did sprout took several days. I definitely need to try something new next time, since this is becoming my Achilles heel. It never used to be a problem, but who knows. Change is good sometimes.
