On the night before full moon I soaked the seeds overnight in a cup of water, then placed them in small paper towels and ziplock bag for a day. Today I am placing each seed in a peat capsule. They will go in the grow tent under 24 hour lights until they grow leaves.
They all germinated 100%😃😃
Coming along, added some organic soil and worm castings to top. 😃
Transplanted the one strong plant to the 9” pot and the weaker ones to a 4”. If the weaker ones gets strong enough I will transplant again. I plan on leaving the strong one in the 9” pot. Using Fox Farms Ocean forest organic soil sprinkled the Great white over top of soil and watered in with hyshield.
Very happy plant, moving along right on time. Starting to see some white hairs. I added a layer of soil to the top. Started on pest prevention with a soil drench of Monterey Insect control. Began the LST by tying the top over. Very nice plant so far!
She is developing exactly as expected! Wonderful happy plant. At the snowball beginning flowering stage. I will add a layer of Ocean Forest Fox Farms soil to the top.
I am adding some blooming nutrients to the watering regimen now. Also continuing with pest prevention and now starting disease protection as soil drench. I am using half of the recommended dose of nutrients since I am also adding that layer of new potting soil. I do not completely drench the soil, I just water as normal using the ingredients listed mixed up in the water.
She is developing right on track. Some yellowing on older fan leaves. I added a layer of soil and watered in with above listed items. During the week I had to pull LST top down and tighter to try to keep all the tops at the same level, currently the tallest top is 2” taller than the others. I will continue trying to pull it lower before watering next time.
I cut out the bottom of the hard plastic pot and set her in a 5-gal plastic bag pot with added holes at the bottom. The yellowing has slowed down. Watered with plain 6.5 tap water after adding a layer of fox farms ocean forest. She is a happy beautiful plant! I can see some nice growth! All the tops are reaching up!
Still happily on track, smell is getting stronger, I can smell outside of the grow tent. Buds are stacking up and adding that 5- gallon underneath has limited the leaves yellowing. I stripped up some of the tiny bud-lets growing lower down. I am very pleases with how easy this plant is!
Great week, growing on track and smelling wonderful! I tied the tallest top down farther because I don't want it to be too close to the light. Buds are stacking up and getting denser. Great green color! I added a layer of fresh ocean forest soil to the top and inside the bag. It is so happy in this five gallon. It is really easy to add soil because the hard plastic pot is inside (with the bottom cut out). I showed a picture of the roots starting to come out of the plastic bag holes. Happy growing! Easy peasy!
Love this strain! The way she bulks up her flowers is absolutely beautiful! So simple to grow, just plain tap water (left out to declorinate over night) ph down to 6.8 then added a layer of soil and sprinkled some great white on top. Everything is growing exactly on track! I am keeping her at a level 16-18 inches tall all around just by LST!
She is still doing great even though we lost power for a day and the tent environment got imbalanced. I spotted some PM on the Cola and cut it off. But it has been five days now since we had the imbalance so hopefully everything stays on track. I misted the whole plant with hydrogen peroxide, let it dry completely and brought her back inside to the tent.
This week went great, I raised the temp in the tent and that brought the RH down. Of course we did not loose power either, so no more PM grew and it is harvest time! I usually try to do a staggered harvest depending on how ready all the flowers are, this time it looks like the entire plant is ready! This strain was so easy! Beautiful and absolutely exactly on track! The simple method I grow with was really dialed in this time. The only thing I could have done differently was to transplant into the five gallon instead of the 9” pot.
I put some photos of the trichomes using my microscope that attaches to my iPhone. It gets really too close but I thought it was neat anyways to show you all those😀.
