Here I’m, back to the community! Happy to restart to report my growing experience 🧑🌾 and to look at the great work of the growers. 🤩
I quit GrowDiairies for a few months…I had a pretty bad end of year 2023 and no really time to spend to my diary. However I keep on growing. I did 2 auto flowering sessions: one #1 correct despite of an odium problem on a plant, the second #2 is correct+ 😁. I’m actually growing 4 photoperiodic plants too, 1st flowering week 😋
The difference between the two sessions was less about protocol than about my mood: I grow better when there is no problems around.
First session : remember just 4 plants
-Red Poison (Sweet Seeds): Red plant, long stretch, correct bud, little harvest, very tasty and smooth 🙂
-BlackJack (Sweet Seeds): solid plant, strong smell and effect 🙂
-wedding Glue (FastBud): short plant, large and very sticky buds, moisture problem (odium) 😕
-Banana Purple Punch (FastBud): the queen of the room, really beautiful plant and amazing degustation…powerful and heavy effect 🤩🤤
Here is the summary of the last auto flowering session #2
- starting February 1st with 6 girls: Zombie Kush Auto and Sour Ripper Auto from Ripper Seeds, Sweet Cheese, Sweet Trainwreck, Sweet Gelato and Cream Caramel from Sweet Seeds
10L pot with GrowMix + Guano + mycorrhiza + worm humus + coco fibers
- Little Vegetation room (60x60cm) with Niello 300 Veg mode, 18h/24, 5 week. No really nutrients: just Calmag, root stimulator, algamic, bio heaven. Sprayed Fish Mix 2 times every weeks.
- Flowering under Ts1000 Mars Hydro in a bigger room. Added some guano on soil week 6 and some flowering stimulators (light). I cropped the Cheese just before flowering process to stop the vertical stretch.
Week 8: added Calmag Overdrive (phosphorus + potassium), Bud XL (Zn, Cu, Mn, B) and
Sugar Diamond ( K2O, MgO, SO3 ) .
Defoliation week 9
- Flushing week 12 (Flawless Finsh)
This automatic version is a great success; approaching the original Zombie Kush. Dynamique growth, lot of ramifications and efficient canopy. Buds are meaty, sticky with beautiful colors: purple and green. Complete cycle around 12/13 weeks.
Growing this strain is a safe bet, even for beginners.
Correct result for Sweet Gelato Auto.
Easy growing: dynamic and healthy vegetative period. Short, solid and bushy plant, it need 11 or 12 weeks from seed to harvest.
Flowers are very resinous and thick with a strong and aggressive aroma. The Cookies genetic is very recognizable.
The yield could be bigger with a good training (LST) instead of having a big central bud.
A pretty hybrid, sativa dominant with a short cycle. Good growth and a vertical stretch giving a big central bud; rusty, covered by resin with a strong smell.
The outcome of the flowering was very surprising. Flowers pumped up the last 2 weeks, became hard without leaves inside the buds, developing an amazing rancid and musky smell .
During the vegetative phase; the plant grew vertically with pretty good ramifications..I did a topping very late, just before flowering like in emergency to stop the stretch: the plant was a little bit shocked but never stopped growing with a big internode’s distance.
The opérations finally gave a good result: forming and developing more blooming sites. But the whole stability of the structure was changed and the plant was bending dangerously till the harvest.
A robust Indica hybrid; stocky plant, short size with a fat central bud and some regular ramifications around. Meaty flowers, resinous, smelly, with pretty purple colors.
Efficient strain, easy, with a good adaptability to any conditions
Cream Caramel took more time to finish the cycle than other strains in the room. But flowers are well developed, sticky and thick.
A bigger pot is necessary for having a better yield but the weed look strong and good.
