if your RH% isn't too high, an evaporative cooler may help, but it will also raise RH%. It won't do more than a few degrees cooler. they are not an effective method of cooling the air beyond a few degrees.
could create of grid of soemthing with large openings on one side with smaller opening on the other (like a bunch of 2L with bottoms cut off. The physics of air compressing as it flows through will cool the air very slightly, lol.. Again, while this is true, like the evaporative cooler it's mostly useless to put the effort into this. a 1-3 F won't matter much.
