29/05/24 (FD 1): Switched light cycle to 12/12 despite the discoloration and put the TS1000 to 75%. Also switched to bottom watering for convenience (bottom layer of expanded clay in the pots to prevent root rot).
02/06/24 (FD 5): Installed a scrog net to keep an even canopy. Leaves are looking better again even though calmag still didn't arrive...I guess transplant showed it's effects with a bit of delay!
04/06/24 (FD 7): Added Callmag (2/3 of manufacturer dosage) into ca. 1L of water for bottom feeding.
Dear Community, I would really appreciate some help! I'm growing on soil only and in the last days of veg 1 of my 3 plants started to show some discoloration in light green - brown mainly on older fan leaves. I repotted to 7L, but it didn't change anything. What can I do? Thanks!
Por el color que tienen diría que es un exceso de de riego con fertilizantes y eso causa bloqueo de raíces.
Lo mejor es lavar raíces y empezar los riegos con todo bien calibrado, ph, ec, etc..
It’s looking like your experience a calcium issue. These plants really use a ton of Calcium to grow and it is needed to provide them with additional calcium as they grow.
Most bottles of CalMag will do, just follow the manufactures reccomended dosing. Luckily, this is one of the easier issues to fix.
I hope this helps.
Thanks everyone for giving me those helpful tips, I'm still figuring everything out and this really helps a lot! I will definitely use calmag from time to time on the future!
