Mistersausage Just planted clones. First grow with a decent light. Planning on a 3 day cycle with miricle grow (dilluted). When i start day one will be fert/water, day two is just water and day 3 is for a dry out. I read it in some book years ago and had decent results with cfl bulbs hung in the closet from extension cords lol. Ill be adjusting things as i go and see how the plants react. I grow loads of other plants (veggies, flowers, houseplants etc.) Thanks for any advice or comments in advance

Mistersausage Did a lot of trimming. And they are all taking a lot of water now. Doing a fert. Then rinse. Then dry for a couple days.

Mistersausage The cal mag and lowering the nitrogen stopped the tips from showing signs of burning. They are super healthy. We are experiencing a heat wave. Luckily these girls dig it. It's about 85 degrees.

Mistersausage Looks like the stretch is about over. One of the plants didn't stretch much at all and is bulking quickly. It may be a gorilla glue. Not sure but I'll keep an eye on it. Flowering time may be shorter for that plant.

Mistersausage Everything is going great. I'm fertilizing with the cal mag and flora bloom. At the high end of the recommended doses every 2 to 3 days. I went and partied so I forgot to close the tent one night. The room was fairly dimly lit. It still got a few hours of pure dark. Haven't noticed any negative effects. May have a research project on my hands.

Mistersausage Still looking good and maturing. They glands still look clear.
Mistersausage Had a temp drop one night and I lowered my water amount and used straight water thinking i needed a flush. I found out quick that I messed up a little. Back to normal and a little deformation things are looking good.

Mistersausage Flushing. They are foxtailing but whatever. I'm pretty sure they are a bit nute fried still but going to flush until the end.
Over all the strain seems fairly easy. I will be lowering the amount of flower nutrients I give them. But they made it and I will update with a smoke review and dry weight.

Mistersausage Good finish with a flush out. I burned them last feed but they are fine and drying now. Will update with results!
When I changed things everything went yellow haha. Got back to normal schedule and things are recovering. I was probably pushing a deficiency not a burn..? Who knows. But it seems fine still.
I also added 4 more led lights I found on sale. 3 are 14 watts and the other is 23. So 365 +/- a few watts. The new bulbs are super close and no problems.
Hey there i have a question. I am a newbie to coco... used to grow in soil.... and i hear all the time to keep the coco saturated at all time and to exchange the water daily. So i have to water daily is that correct? Because you say you fert...Rinse .. dry? So for example you feed monday... tuesday plain water ph'd and wendnesday thursday dry days?
@FrostyBudzzz, I only have a top layer of coir. Mostly to suppress morning glory seeds. As far as I know with the coir only, it does dry out super fast so the feeding schedule I wrote about seems like it would be a decent start. As for mine my soil is retaining a lot of water still. The largest one is starting to take more. I over did my nutes a touch so only watering now.
