Conclusion / tldr - week 1 (for more details read the posts below)
----------
After sprouting I put the plant on the windowsill of a west facing window for a couple of days, but after noticing that it grows rather upwards than sideways I decided to place it on my south facing balcony during daylight hours. I stopped watering it on day 4, since I had the feeling I had given it too much water in the first days. So far the soil still seems fairly humid, that's why I didn't water it any further in this week. As far as I can tell the plant stopped growing upwards, but the leafs still seem to be stretching slowly. Is my plant behaving normal so far?
Or...
- did it get to much water?
- didn't it get enough light (mainly in the first days on the windowsill)
- does it get to much light now outside on my balcony in the sun?
This are the things I'm quite confused about. But I guess the following week will tell. A 14W 4000K LED will arrive today on day 7, so I might try skipping sunlight for the next week and set it on a controlled 18 / 6 light schedule inside.

Detailed reports
----------
So this is the first week of vegetation.
Day 1 to 3 were spent on the windowsill facing westwards. I watered the plant daily with about 50ml of water.
Since the weather got better I decided to put the plant outside on my south facing balcony on Day 4. I also gave the plant another 100-150ml of water. After checking back with it one hour later I noticed that almost all the new water was down in my little drainage plate.
Day 5 was spent on the balcony aswell. I took it back in overnight and placed it on my windowsill since it still gets very cold during nighttime here.
The first picture above is taken on day 6. I'm not quite sure if the plant didn't get enough sunlight or too much water, but I have a feeling that it rather grows upwards than developing the leafs. I ordered a 14W 4000K LED which should arrive in the next couple of days to give it some more light during the morning and evening hours. I didn't water the plant since day 4 now. The soil still seems to be quite damp in a depth of around 1 - 1.5cm. I'm curious to see if the sunlight and less water will change anything.
It's day 7 and the last day of veg week 1 now. Today is gonna be a sunny day here, so I put the plant back out on the balcony for the day. I'm not sure if the leafs actually changed in size since yesterday, but I'll make sure to take better pictures in the upcoming days for comparison.
