Any_Zenin My first grow, seeds in 0.2l pots with Biobizz lightmix substrate.
The pots were placed in a mini greenhouse in my grow tent.
I slightly moistened the substrate, filled the pots, placed the seeds, and then gave them a light watering.
I misted the lid of the mini greenhouse with a spray bottle and placed a heating mat under the mini greenhouse.
The values:
Temp.: 24 - 26°C
RH: 72 - 85 %
VPD: 0.4 on average

Any_Zenin After the fourth day, all seeds had germinated slightly staggered, so I left the light on for 24 hours, then switched to 18 hours on and 6 hours off. In between, I took the lid off the mini greenhouse for 1 to 2 minutes, then sprayed the lid with water and put it back on.
Day 3: No lid on the greenhouse, watered once with 0.30 liters of water, added a humidifier.
Day 4: So far so good, in a few days they will be repotted into 1-liter pots, then the weakest plants will be sorted out.
Day 5: Left the plants alone to dry out a bit.
Day 6: Turned the tray, moistened the soil, watered with 30 ml of water per pot with a waiting time.
Day 7: The plants needed water every day, so I moved them from the 0.2-liter pots to 1-liter pots, each plant received about 1 gram of Shrooms root stimulator, additionally, each plant got about 2.5 grams of Greenhouse Feeding BioGrow. Lastly, the soil was moistened, and each pot received 150 ml of water, which corresponds to 15% of the pot volume.
That was everything for the first week, and I will leave them alone for a good 1 to 2 days and sort out the 2 weakest ones in the next few days.

Any_Zenin Day 8: Transplanting into 1L pots has done the plants good, they are continuing to develop well, switched to light intensity 50%.
Day 9: Increased light intensity to 60%, slowly raising it and observing; small round trichomes are forming on the leaves that smell really good when lightly rubbed. Around 4:00 PM, I mixed the water with Biobizz CalMag 0.3ml/l and adjusted the pH to 6.4 with BioBizz Bio Down, then moistened all the pots and after a short wait gave 150ml of water per pot, which corresponds to 15% of the pot volume of the 1L pots, no drain is produced.
Day 10: The plants like the larger pots and apparently the pH-adjusted water as well as the additional BioBizz CalMag, they are steadily gaining leaf mass.
Day 11: The development is progressing well; today at 9:45 AM I increased the light intensity to 70% and am observing how the plants react. I think I will water again tomorrow; I check the weight of the pots with a scale.
Day 12: This morning at 7:30 AM, I weighed each pot, then moistened them and after a few minutes of waiting, watered with a pH of 6.5 and 0.3ml BioBizz CalMag. They are handling the increase in light intensity from 70% quite well, but I can't get my VPD value lower due to the high temperatures and low humidity coming through the window; I might need to set up a humidifier again.
Day 13: Everything looks good; with the humidifier, I can better regulate the VPD. Tomorrow, I'll transplant and water; when weighing the pots, the roots were already visible at the bottom of the pot. Today, there's nothing more to do.
Day 14: The pots are very well-rooted; I think the Shrooms root stimulator has contributed to this. I actually wanted to transplant into 5.7L pots today, but unfortunately, I can't due to time constraints. Therefore, the plan is to let the plants dry out a bit more until tomorrow and stress them a little more. Tomorrow, all will be placed in 5.7L pots and properly watered. This is the end of the second week.
My conclusion: Everything has gone well so far; one plant shows a nutrient deficiency on the lower leaves, maybe because I possibly overwatered them at the beginning. Despite the poor temperature and humidity conditions, which I have been managing better with the humidifier for a few days, all the plants have developed quite well in my opinion.
If anyone reads this report, I would be happy to hear tips and hints since this is my first grow. Tomorrow after transplanting, there will be another update ;)

Any_Zenin Tag 15: Today was busy, prepared 5.7L pots with BioBizz Light Mix, then inoculated with Shrooms. Then repotted all the plants and spread a bit more Shrooms on the roots, which looked pretty good in my opinion. After that, I mixed 8L of water with 6 grams of Green House Feeding Bio Enhancer and additionally added 0.3 ml of BioBizz CalMag as a preventive measure. Then I moistened all the pots with a pump sprayer and watered each pot with about 850ml of water + nutrients with a short waiting time. Lastly, I filled the trays with water that had a pH of 6.4 so that the pots also get moisture from the bottom, which I will repeat every second watering. Later, I’ll upload a picture when the plants have perked up and recovered from the stress. I think I will start LST in two days.
Tag 16: Today I just topped off the soil in the pots since everything settled a bit after repotting and watering, and increased the light intensity to 80%. One plant shows a deficiency or something similar (see pictures), the rest is developing normally.
Tag 17: Weighed the pots and gently bent the plant shoots again.
Tag 18: Today, I just weighed the pots again and bent the shoots down, I need to water tomorrow.
Tag 19: I weighed the pots, swapped the trays with saucers, and checked the moisture of the soil. Then I added 0.3 ml/L of BioBizz CalMag to my watering water and adjusted the pH to 6.2 with BioBizz pH Down. When watering, I proceeded as follows: First, I slowly moistened the soil with 200ml of nutrient solution using a hand sprayer from Gloria (great tool, adjustable spray from fine mist to rain-like dripping), after a 10-minute waiting time, I poured 500ml of nutrient solution with interruptions using a measuring cup, and after another 10 minutes, I poured another 200ml of nutrient solution into the saucers, which was well absorbed. This brings me to just under 900ml of nutrient solution per plant, a bit more than my 15% of the pot volume of 5.7L, which would be 855ml. There were again relatively many roots visible at the drainage holes of the pots, I think I will transplant into the final pots in 3 or 4 days.
Tag 20: Today I just occasionally bent the shoots and plants down.
Tag 21: Mixed 1.3g of Greenhouse Feeding Bio Enhancer and 0.6ml of CalMag in 2 liters of water and watered each pot with 200ml of nutrient solution, then poured 200ml of water with a pH of 6.1 per plant into the saucer. As in the last few days, I bent the shoots down from time to time, that’s it for week 3, tomorrow I will top the plants.

Das alles zusammen entspricht 2,7L was 15% vom Topfvolumen ergibt.
Wasser PH Wert 6,5 + 0,7ml/L BioBizz CalMag
Das alles zusammen entspricht 2,7L was 15% vom Topfvolumen ergibt.

Any_Zenin Tag 29: The 5th week has started, I've tied down new shoots and repositioned existing wires. During the next watering, I will add Green House Feeding Bio Bloom to the soil to prepare for flowering. Should I remove the leaves that had either a CalMag deficiency or nutrient burn?
Tag 30: LST again, tied down some shoots and repositioned the old wires.
Tag 31: Today I gave all plants about 5g/L of pot volume Green House Feeding Bio Bloom as a top dressing and then watered with pH 6.5 water, first 700ml per plant with a pump sprayer and mist nozzle, about 30 minutes later 1L of water slowly with a small watering can, and lastly 2 hours later another 1L of water with a small watering can. With the fertilizer, I've already made preparations for the flowering phase, which I will initiate at the end of this week. I think I will need to water again this week where I will mix CalMag into the water.
Tag 32: Today I did LST for over an hour and tried to get all the plants to about the same height.
Tag 33: Repositioned almost all wires and clips again, the plants are really thriving, cleaned the tent, placed the Flexitray inside, and put all pots on grid saucers. Just 2 more days and then I will switch to the flowering phase.
Tag 34: Watered all plants according to my watering schedule, 15% of the pot volume, so with 2.7L of nutrient solution, water pH 6.5, 1g/L Green House Feeding Bio Enhancer, 0.8ml/L BioBizz CalMag. Moistened the soil with 700ml of nutrient solution using a pressure sprayer and mist nozzle, waited 30 min, then watered 1L of nutrient solution with a watering can in small intervals, and lastly after about 1:30 hours watered another 1L of nutrient solution slowly with a watering can.
Tag 35: The last day of the vegetative growth phase, checked all plants and ensured more light through LST, starting tomorrow I will switch to the flowering phase, my conclusion for this week is that everything actually went quite well even though some plants showed slight deficiencies. I hope that with the addition of CalMag and Green House Feeding Bio Bloom everything will regulate itself. Still, I'm quite happy with how my first grow has gone so far.

Now I will give them some rest and wait for the next watering, where I will reposition a few wires to control the upcoming stretch through LST.
Tag 37: Today I left the plants alone.
Tag 38: Watered all plants with pH 6.5 water and 1ml/L CalMag per pot, 2.7L NL as follows: moistened 700ml NL with a pressure sprayer and mist nozzle, after 30 minutes slowly poured 1L NL with a watering can, and after another 60 minutes poured another 1L NL with a watering can in small intervals. After about 6 hours, I tied down a few branches again; the plants are pushing nicely. Light intensity at 90%.
Tag 39: Today I removed a few leaves and bent some branches down again.
Tag 40: Left the plants alone.
Tag 41: Watered all plants with pH 6.5 water and 1ml/L CalMag. Watered 2.7L NL per pot according to my watering schedule, 15% of the pot volume. The plants are all doing well, and with the weather lately, it's been difficult to keep the humidity low despite the dehumidifier.
Tag 42: Repositioned existing wires for LST and bent some branches down by hand.

Any_Zenin Tag 43: The second week of flowering has started, today I removed a few more leaves and repositioned some wires. I checked if the plants are showing their sex, but I'm not entirely sure about one plant being female, so I'll have to keep a closer eye on that over the next few days. All the others look great, and I'll show that with photos soon.
Tag 44: I watered all the plants according to my watering schedule, 15% pot volume, so 2.7L of water + 1ml/L CalMag at pH 6.5 per pot. All the plants are doing well; they're exploding in growth and leaf mass. Maybe I should have defoliated them more on day 1 of flowering. I'll see if I remove any more leaves until I lollipop them. Additionally, I hung an Exhale CO2 bag since the temperatures are extreme here, and the lamp at 100% also gives off good heat. I have no idea if the CO2 bag helps, but I don't think it can hurt.
Tag 45: All the plants look good, despite high temperatures between 25°C and 28°C. I might have to water again tomorrow, depending on how much water is absorbed overnight.
Tag 46: I had to water today, all the plants according to my watering schedule, 15% pot volume, which is 2.7L. Water pH 6.5 + 1ml/L CalMag. I removed a few leaves here and there. The last two days have seen very high temperatures and high humidity, so I've been running a dehumidifier in the room that blows dry air into the tent. I also placed a small tower fan in the tent to improve airflow.
Tag 47: The temperatures and humidity went down, and the plants look healthy. I only bent down a few shoots.
Tag 48: Watered all the plants as usual, my watering schedule 15% pot volume, water pH 6.5 + 1ml/L CalMag = 2.7L NL, and I also bent down a few shoots and leaves.
Tag 49: The plants look good and are growing nicely. I’ll probably have to water again tomorrow and remove a few leaves. The second week of flowering went quite well.

Tag 51: Just bent down a few shoots and big leaves. The scent is getting stronger and the plants are showing good growth in size and leaf mass. Yesterday I ordered 2 Cannatrols, I hope they arrive by harvest time.
Tag 52: Watered today, only 1.7L nutrient solution per pot due to time constraints, water pH 6.5 + 1ml/L CalMag.
Tag 53: Left all the plants alone today.
Tag 54: Watered again, only 1.7L nutrient solution per pot, water pH 6.5 + 1ml/L CalMag.
Tag 55: A new Flexi Tray from Nutriculture arrived today, 1.50m x 1.50m, which allowed me to replace my too-small tray, and all the plants have enough space again.
Tag 56: Flowering day 20, all plants got their lollipopping today and were additionally defoliated a bit at the top, and I also adjusted some LST wires. Then all pots were watered with 1.7L nutrient solution, water pH 6.5 + 1ml/L CalMag. A pretty good week, the only thing I can't completely resolve is what I believe to be a persistent CalMag deficiency, maybe it's due to the BioBizz soil; I'll definitely use a different one for the next run.

Any_Zenin Tag 57: The fourth week of flowering has started, the plants have handled the lollipopping well, and the sugar production is underway.
Tag 58: Watered normally again today according to my watering schedule, 2.7 L NL per pot, water pH 6.5 + 0.8 ml/L CalMag. Some plants are showing calcium burn, probably because I reduced the watering amount the last few times, so I watered properly today, reduced CalMag, and increased the light distance for today. Additionally, it's extremely hot outside at 28°C, so the grow room is heated up as well. I also set new LST wires to open up the plants further and ensure good air circulation.
Tag 59: My first Cannatrol arrived today, the second one should be here in a few days. As you can see in today's photo, some leaves are showing signs of calcium burn, at least I suspect that, and I think it’s because I didn’t water enough last week. I also bought Epsom salt today to get the calcium to magnesium ratio of BioBizz CalMag and my water to 3:1.
Tag 60: Watered all plants today, 2.7L NL + 1.2ml/L CalMag + 0.23g/L Epsom salt per pot. Additionally, each plant was prepared for the rest of the flowering and received a top dressing of 20g Green House Feeding Bio Bloom + BioBizz Lightmix soil. Let's see if this and the watering can fix the deficiencies.
Tag 61: Left all plants alone today, will water again tomorrow and see if the damage on the younger leaves has spread further.
Tag 62: Watered all plants today, 2.7L NL + 1.2ml/L CalMag + 0.23g/L Epsom salt per pot. I'm not sure if one plant seems to be hermaphrodite; if anyone has an idea, check the photos from day 62.
Tag 63: Yesterday, I had to remove one plant because it was hermaphrodite. Well, I guess that’s part of it. Then I unpacked the second Cannatrol and checked all the plants for any abnormalities; maybe I’ll get lucky and it was only lightly pollinated, the final result will show.

Tag 67: Left all plants alone.
Tag 68: Also didn't water today; all pots still had a lot of weight. I think less water was used because I reduced the light intensity to 80% due to the calcium burn or whatever the issue was. From today, back to 100% light intensity.

Any_Zenin Tag 92: Flowering Day 56, you can already see the first amber-colored trichomes, I'm curious when the plants will be ready for harvest. Light intensity 90%.
Tag 93: All plants watered 15% pot volume = 2.7L NL. Water pH 6.5 + 1.2ml/L CalMag + 0.25gr/L Epsom salt.
Tag 94: Unfortunately, the temperatures have been very high the last few days, but luckily it should get a bit cooler starting tomorrow. Today I briefly checked all the plants and otherwise left them alone. Light intensity 80%.
Tag 95: Left all plants alone.
Tag 96: I'm letting the pots dry out and won't water again until I harvest, light intensity 70%.
Tag 97: The plants look good and more and more trichomes are turning amber; I'll be observing more closely in the next few days to see how far the plants have matured.
Tag 98: Today I prepared my two Cannatrols, TrimBins, workspace, and scissors for the harvest.

Any_Zenin Harvested over 2 days and split into 2 Cannatrols, overall I'm very satisfied. It would have been nicer if no plant had hermied since I have to extract various seeds from the buds. Kannabia Seeds Monkey Grease is a stable and high-yielding strain that I like. I harvested a bit earlier to avoid any couch-lock effect, and that worked wonderfully. After a few days in the Cannatrol, I tried a bud, very tasty and feels euphoric and uplifting, almost like the typical Haze high. Additionally, at least the buds I tried reminded me a lot of a Lemon Haze. I'm letting everything cure further, and as soon as I've dried and processed the part of the harvest from the tent, I will report back again.
Thank you very much to Kannabia Seeds!
