I chose to plant the seeds straight into the final pot to remove transplant shock. I must’ve messed it up a little somehow, because only one (of 3) germinated. Sprouting a 4th backup seed on a paper towel right now, so I’ll probably be growing 2 instead lf 3 plants this run. Shame, but I learned something😂
the few days difference between the plants makes it a little tricky to turn up the light intensity, but we’re getting there (+- 50% at 80cm distance, SF2000)
overall quite happy with the growth, humidity’s been getting low, but they seem to handle it quite well.
Hoping to move them outside in a week or so once the weather starts looking better.
Very bushy plant so far. Little worried with the early pistil I discovered today on #1, but hopefully she’ll get nice and big before going all out flowering.
#2 is doing okay, both plants need more LST
Day 22 (first day of this week) #1 really started to flower. Quite a shame that it’s this early, but I already knew she wouldn’t get huge.
Been training both throughout the week. #1 I’ve been tying down, but with #2 I’m mostly bending the stems every day or every second day. They’re very bushy plants.
On day 28 I took pics, and noticed a deficiency (maybe toxicity, but I dont think so) of some kind on #2. Put a toplayer of compost on top of #1 & #2. Hoping this will solve the issue, will keep a close eye on the discoloration!
Defoliated a bit this week to lower the issues with mold. #1 has less than two weeks left to go.
Trichomes on #1 show about 50/50 clear-milky.
#2 has a little longer to go though.
Some good weather here this week. Loads of sun, which did them well. Hoping to harvest in 2 weeks or so… Both have been throwing some new pistils though, hope that wont turn into foxtailing.
the ladies are taking their sweet time.
more white pistils, and fading continues. I’ve noticed they’ve stopped drinking as much. I’m repeating myself, but i hope to harvest next week!
Harvest time!
Unfortunately had to harvest a little early (which you can tell in the high) because the mold was getting too bad. 95g went to dry, and another part went fresh in the freezer for bubble hash. the 95g turned into 26g dry, so I’m guessing full harvest is around 60g dry.
The smoke is alright, little bitter at the end, but I havent let her cure yet tbh😂
Bad end to a good grow, but cant complain too much. She gets you where you want to be: in the clouds.
