put them near corners to take advantage of 2 refelctive walls. 36w isn't going to grow a large plant. vast majority of your tent will be empty space.
even with a high efficacy light you need 30-33w/sq ft. 480-500w will give a good DLI relative to 16 sq ft. Cheaper, lower efficacy lights may need 15-20% more. If it has a umol/j rating, high efficacy is 2.7-2.9umol/J. This will be directly proportional. So if you have a "2" umol/j efficacy, you need nearly 133-145% more power per sq ft. Most led are not that low, but i am not familiar with your light.
Those numbers are for a 12/12 operation requiremnt. If growing autoflowers and you can run the lights 18h (or longer), you need proportionally (inversely) less power per hour. so you need 66% of those numbers for 18h operation. 60% of those numbers for 20h operation. 75-85 umol/s per sq ft is another way to look at it. This willget you up near 35-40 DLI. DLI, daily light integral, is the proper way to understand how light feeds a plant and how to compare apples to apples.
