I can see right now you are overwatering. I mean besides the reported 250 gallons per 24 hours, lol. That whole top of your soil is soaked. Your seedling is droopy and not happy. You probably should not water again for 5 or 6 days until the soil drys out. When roots get over watered the plant can't intake properly.
