FiligreePeacock I'm using Coco Loco mixed with BioBizz premixed fertilizer and worm castings in a 3gal fabric pot.

FiligreePeacock So far so good. I added some Cafe Cal-Mag, Azos, and Vam to increase root production as well as Nitrogen uptake. The girl is looking like she'll coast through the grow *fingers crossed*

FiligreePeacock I am actively defoliating her fat fan leaves as the fans on the newest node develop and can take on the photosynthetic load requirement. This active defoliation is requiring the lower branches to grow taller and stronger so that they can also take on the photosynthetic load. I'm hoping for some strong side colas as a result!

FiligreePeacock This week I did some soft LST, just pulling down the lower branches but not keeping them tied down. As I was pulling a lower branch down I heard the split happen. The branch was barely hanging on by a bit of vascular tissue and cuticle. This strain is a trooper, she recovered quickly and healed herself without issues.

FiligreePeacock This week I switched to bloom nutrients since she had full pom-pom bud sites. I also top dress with a bit of coconut sugar to add to frost production and feed the herd.

FiligreePeacock I spent a long weekend away, one of the hottest weekends so far (104F and 107F outside), and left my tent under a friend's care with nutes all mixed up and everything good to go. When I got back she had started eating her largest lower fans but only on one side. I'm thinking she needs a little umph with some BioGrow added as the BioBizz schedule shows they use Grow through the bloom cycle.

FiligreePeacock She's sailing smoothly and getting frosty. She'll receive a top-dressing of Cafe Ca-Mg and coconut sugar today and I'll start reintroducing BioGrow because she's starting to go after her fans but still has at least 3 weeks left in her. I want her to get fat & juicy! When the fan hits her I get a light orange sherbet smell, delicious.

FiligreePeacock This week I noticed that she is starting to amber up on the frosty leaves. I busted out my macro lens and snapped a few photos and will begin to flush this Saturday with harvest date set for the beginning of week 10. I really hope she fattens up!

FiligreePeacock Tangie''Matic is a great strain for any grower at any experience level. I found her to not be too picky about nutrients except that she likes a bit more nitrogen in flower than I was giving her for most of that period. Can''t really complain too much about a strain going from seed to bud in 70 days. Final dry weight is 76 grams, 15 grams of that was the main cola. The buds have tightened even more in drying/curing and the frost is a sticky delight.
