I like how she's coming along. I think I want to top once more before I scrog out my tent with her. I think it'll go like this: transplant into a 10 gallon, give it a week to recover before topping again. Veg it for another two to three weeks after that. Scrog. 12/12. Kapow.
Transplanting once my bag of soil gets here, more FFOF. Probably a few more days out because of the holiday.
12/31
nice progress this week. I'll have to move my ties up pretty soon to open it up again.
I see some stuff lower I might want to cut off next week.
I'll be giving the headband and bubble gum some real sunlight this morning to see if they like it. it's at the right angle so why not?
it's done well in the new pot, I cut off the lowest sets of leaves to make room again. its spread out enough for each main to get some good sunlight. I want at least 6 inches on them before I scrog
did a bunch of defoliating right before the pictures, it was wicked dense.
two waterings ago it got .5ml fox farm grow big in 5gallons of water. it really hasnt needed nutes yet.
I'm pretty happy with the canopy so far. less than a week of veg and with stretch I should fill scrog. working on a pvc shelf to put a runoff tray under. not only will there be a scrog, but until then they are fucking heavy to carry back and forth from the bathtub for watering.
a light upgrade is coming, super fucking stoked.
from two mars hydro 300s, to a hlg 320watt qb v2 extra wide.
its flower footprint is 3.5x3.5 so I'm expecting a full tent
got the a QB set up and in the tent. holy fuck is it bright and I've been keeping it about 24 inches and around 60-70% power so they don't get shocked. my old blurple have nothing on this
today 2/6, I will do a final check for light leaks and then these girls are going 12/12. the two small choc kush are coming out to continue to veg
thanks! yeah I accidentally broke its partner node while playing with it (twisting, bending, flicking, etc) to get it to thicken up, it was hanging on by a thread. I tried to repair it using aloe vera and a splint to keep the parts connected but it just kept withering while the other one kept getting bigger so I snipped the broken one off. then I super cropped the big one to keep it inline, vertically, with the rest and let the others get a bit bigger to keep everything roughly the same size. I might end up topping them all again to try for 14 tops.
