Started indoors under a Vevor 150w led. The plan is to grow this one outdoors but the weather has been too wet recently, bud rot discovered just yesterday on an Dutch Orange Bud Auto 4 weeks in flower! The forecast is wet for another few days and then we might see some summer weather and I will pop the Jealousy outside. She can only stay indoors whilst in the starter pot as there is no more room! 1x Auto Gelato 41 and 1x Dutch Passion Auto Critical Orange Punch both a few weeks in to flower are in residence.
Started in a tall fairly small pot. I am new to autoflowers so want to experiment with a transplant when I can directly sprinkle mycrorhyzae on to the roots as she goes in to a bigger pot.
Really looking forward to growing this one.
After 7 days it is all good and dull, as ever at 7 days.
Happy for a healthy start.
Day 5 I stood the pot in a few cms of rain water. This added a little water weight and will help encourage the tap root down.
One water after 6 days of 100ml with some Great White mycrorhyzae and silica.
300 PPFD. Maybe a little high for the first week but she has gone in with 2 flowering autos so that's the way it is. As soon as I pot up she will go outside.
Repotted into a 25l and went feom indoors to outdoors during a warm sunny week. Sprinkled Great White Mycrorhyzae directly on the roots.
I could nit be happier with the way this plant has handled this double hit! It has exploded in growth and appears to have weathered the big changes very well. Phew!
Just hoping that there is enough time now to dill the newly available root space before she flips in to flower.
4 weeks since my last report.
She went straight in to flower after the last report and has stretched by over three times her height!
Unfortunately the weather has been too humid this summer and 10 days ago my outdoor tent, which stays open day and night, was struck by powdery mildew.
This plant was very resilient only showing a light touch to some lower leaves. The C.O.P next to this was badly hit.
A first spray of 40% milk solution, not having anything else to hand, pretty much stopped the PM on this plant.
2 days later the C.O.P was not good so I tried a bicarbonate solution with neem oil and apple cider vinegar in small quantities. NOT GOOD!
I only gave this plant a light misting on the leaves. The leaves and lovely young white pistils that were touched burnt. Thankfully I had been very light compared to the C.O.P which is another story.
A week on she is looking healthy apart from a little leaf damage. The pistils have comeback, .
I have introduced Plagron's Green Sensation along with their Sugar Royal which I was already alternating with cane sugar molasses.
Home brewed compost, comfry and worm casting tea most weekends. Fish and Alg foliar twice a week.
A couple of neem oil sprays over the month, last one 2 weeks ago.
Top dressed a light Bat guano and worm casting mix 10 days ago.
Relieved that she has bounced back well and that these genetics proved to be resistant to PM.
