Well, I've let myself down with this plant. I've been so busy/overwhelmed that I was only watering her when I watered the other plants. She definitely needs watered twice a day instead of once every 2 days.
Such a big plant for such a small pot. She's drinking everything within hours.
Another lesson learned.
