Earthbox filled with a blend of BuildASoil 3.0, Duke Diamond x BuildASoil, BuildASoil Light. The light soil is layered on top to provide a gentle germination. The super soil is amended with Pumice stone, silica, worm castings, Dynomyco Miycorrhiza inoculant. I will be adding Rootwise microbe Complete. Before planting my seed I will be planting a clover cover crop with blue oyster mycelium straw to serve as the mulch. I plan to let this soil marinate and simmer for a several days. I want to allow time for an ecosystem to develop. In the meantime I will continue to set up the 5x5, dialing in ideal environmental conditions. I will direct sow the seed in the medium during the first week of July 2024.
