Hi everyone!!
The guys and gals at 420 Fastbuds sent me over some of their limited edition photo periods to show you all.
I am extremely excited to see how these ladies turn out. Fastbuds have already conquered the auto world and now they have moved over to feminised photo periods with high yield flower times and I really can't wait to see how these ladies turn out!
I started with 5 beans in water set at 24 Celsius on the heat mat with the sensor directly on the cup. I covered a cup with tin foil to block out light.
After 24 hours all had tails and I moved them to 0.5 litre pots with ecothrive Coco/perlite 70/30. I have them all 35ml of water from the cup they were floating in. I use a syringe and slowly remove the plunger and just allow the water to fall on the pot in a circular motion moving towards the outside of the pot.
After 36 hours all the girls were above the soil. I buried the seeds about half an inch under the medium and this seems the right amount to allow easy germination and also deep enough to remove the seed shells. Great success!
I'll leave the girls in the propagator for the first 2-3 weeks. I've opened the vents now the girls are all above the soil but the propagator maintains a nice 80-85% humidity so it's easy for the girls.
I used photone on my phone to dial in at around 200 par. This will raise as the girls grow so I shouldnt need to adjust the lights for the coming weeks. 24 hours of light current schedule.
Hey everyone 🤗
All 5 ladies are still doing great. No issues at all :)
I haven't fed them anything else yet. But tomorrow at day 9 they will get their first light feed. I Will mention the nutrients on next week's update.
The right plant (No 5 ) has a light almost bluey/purple tinge to it's leaves at their first set. She stood out immediately! :) so I'll be keeping an eye on her.
I've started to lower the humidity aiming for around 70% ISH by the end of this week. I hope to get the lid of the propagator by next week to let them get more air also, when they are a bit bigger.
Hi everyone!
The girls got their first feed this week. About 50ml of mix of some light nutrients for their 2nd week.
So far all 5 ladies are all doing great and loving the 24 hour light schedule.
I plan on giving them another week or so in these pots before I repot them into something bigger. I'm not sure if Ill go straight to their final pots or not yet. I do want to top them a few times so might make sense to get them into their final pots then the training can be done.
I'll be switching to green house feeding the week after I repot. I've got a few bits like the house and garden to use up first.
I'm thinking 7 gallon final pots but not 100% decided quite yet.
Stay tuned as this run will be a special one I promise!

Hi everyone!
I gave the diary a week off while the girls were just trucking along.
I repotted the girls into their final 7 gallon AC infinity pots.
The light schedule is now 20 hours with a 45% intensity at around 50-60cm from plants.
Humidity is being kept optimal by a humidifier and I have 2 fans on light to move the girls and help thicken the stems.
I will be continuing the long veg with much training and topping over the coming weeks :)
The new growth is looking great so the girls are now settled and I expect growth to speed up as the coming weeks progress :).

Hi everyone!
Week 6 and the ladies have been performing perfectly!
I have topped all the girls once on the very top and also on the 2 2nd from the top nodes (6 total from the 2 top nodes)
I have also done some light defoliation and training and I cleaned up the bottoms of the ladies or lollipopped them.
I've been maintaining the feed but I have switched to green house feeding - Grow and calcium and a little epsom salts from their most recent mix and will continue with that until flower.
The training is mostly done now in the short term. Their final home will be a 150cm (5x5) want with a scrog so I will be allowing the girls to grow as much as possible over the coming 4 weeks and then they will be moved.
They are drinking a good amount now which indicates to me their pots have been filled. So I expect their vegetative growth to really ramp up in the coming weeks.
I'll switch back to weekly updates from now on as I expect the growth to be exponentially faster from now onwards.

Hi everyone!
The girls have really been growing this week hehe.
I have finished with all the topping now and I am training the side branches out to create a solid top canopy on each plant.
I topped the main stem twice to equal 4 total, I also topped the next side branch down once. This has resulted in all branches and tops being basically the same height and will create a very nice solid base for the scrog I will be doing when they get moved to the bigger tent soon.
I have increased the feed to max on the grow now (0.7g per litre) and I'll be moving the calcium up to 1g per litre as time goes on.
I have given them one final treatment of the roots accelerator to help finish filling the pots with healthy roots.
I will also do one final top dress of Great White and water it down in the next 2 weeks and then the full 7 gallon pots will be prepared for massive nutrients delivery needed.
I am hoping to pull at least 30+ ounce from this run in a 5x5 with one light. (SE1000W) so the long veg and early training is very important.
Hi everyone!
I've just let the girls do their thing this week. I've not done anything but feed these thirsty ladies 2 litres a day! Lol.
The toppings and training has done it's job and the multiple tops are all at the same height on each plant. I'll be giving all the ladies a really big defoliation and taking some clones this week.
I'll strip the bottoms aggressively and remove some of the larger leaves at the top to create more airflow and light penetration. This will also help the general shape of the plant by allowing the lower limbs to grow taller.
These are going to be my masterpiece! Hehe. Please stay tuned and check out my YouTube for videos.
Hey everyone!
These ladies have really took off this past week :)
The training to shape them has took effect and the multiple tops are all equal on each plant.
2 of the girls are taller than the other 2 but I'll be able to even that out during flower with the scrog.
I plan on flipping these ladies in a week's time. I'll install the scrog at the end of week 2 of flower so I can do the majority of the defoliation before the net makes access harder.
The light is currently on 60% of 1000W of power from the SE1000W at 20 hours. The girls are enjoying the extra space in the 5x5 too.
Humidity is a little low ATM due to drying in the grow room so noticing a little droop. Nothing to worry about though. They are thirsty needing a minimum of 2 litres each, each day.
Ive boosted the green house nutrients Grow to 0.8, slightly above the recommendation because of the age and size of the girls.
Also with the increased thirst ive increased the calcium too, as dry off and build up is less of a risk now.
I'll be switching to the Hybrid for flower, I'll do that a few days before flipping so the nutrients are available.

:)
Hi everyone!
These ladies have really grown into some massive girls hehe. I will be flipping them this week, so have started their flower nutrients.
My plan is to flip them to 12/12 then on week 2-3 I will defoliate then add them to the scrog net. This should allow me to get the majority of the defoliation done before the net restricts my access.
The height of the ladies has mostly evened out now thankfully and there is so many big strong branches leading to the tops.
I really can't wait to see how well these girls done. I've given them the best foundation so hopefully the flower results match :)

Hey everyone!
Apologies for the late upload. Some real life stuff got in the way but the girls haven't been neglected! :)
So I flipped the ladies about 10 days ago from upload, hence the buds hehe.
I gave them all a good defoliation and final lollipop at the start of week 2 of flower. I won't be touching the bottom of the canopy again.
The girls are thirsty as all hell now hehe. Drinking at least 2 litres each, everyday.
I've increased the nutrients and there's no sign of stress or overfeed. The light is on 80% so 800 true watts are shining down and all the ladies are loving it! I also added 2 of the spider farmer IR/UV booster bars too for the full 12 hours lights on. Still no issues.
I have done mostly everything I'm going to how. I may still add a layer of netting, I will even the heights with a bucket under the 2 left plants to help make it easier. The girls are strong enough to support any size of buds. I'd just like to space the branches out a bit better in preparation for those big buds hehe.
I'll be back to weekly uploads now. So stay tuned for some big arm length buds! :)
Hi everyone!
Week 2 of flower has just finished and as the girls start to enter into week 3 they are looking amazing!
The stretch has been noticeable but not extreme or unmanageable so far. I still plan to use a netting but I want to wait one more week so I can do a final defoliation, I won't be able to access the back of the tent easily for defoliation so I need to do the majority before I install the scrog. I will give a final defoliation near the end of week 3 of flower then install at least 1 layer of netting.
So far they are thirsty and hungry! They are drinking 3 litres every day now with a rest day once a week to ensure a dry back. The 5x5 tent is filled nicely and the netting will ensure an even canopy. I raised up 2 of the smaller in height plants and now the canopies are fairly even. The 1000W light is on 75% at 30-40 cm ISH.
I also added some photos of a side project I have going with the 5th lady I germinated from this run. I have put her into a 4x2 tent and used netting to spread her out :) she looks awesome!
The final 3 photos are of this lady, the bud sights and frost have already made me happy in my decision. I do have a cutting of each of these ladies alive and doing great so I can mother anything special, so more phenos the better :)
Thanks for stopping by :)
Hi everyone!
So after going back and forth 20+ times... And even buying 2 of the AC infinity 5x5 netting packs.... I have e decided not to scrog the main 4 plants 😂.
I gave the girls a heavy final defoliation and after seeing the structure and how strong the branches are, I'm going to let them be.
There's more than enough air flow in the tent and the branches will easily support any buds of any size. Some have breaks from the training and have insane branch strength so I really am not worried. Also the stretch wasn't so unmanageable that I have ran out of height and need to get the girls lower.
I've started to increase the PK booster and dial back the Nitrogen as the girls approach mid flower. They are in week 4 of flower now and are an expected 8-9 weeks so basically half way through. I'll be increasing to max feed next week then dial back for week 6. I'll begin flush at end of week 7 to allow for minimum of 7 days flushing incase of a 8 week harvest. Although I won't be rushing and I want 10-15% amber.
Apologies for the scrog not happening in the main tent but I did do the smaller one at least hehe. She's doing fantastic and has filled the 2x4 tent perfect. Airflow and canopy is perfect also. :)
She's also starting to smell like my favourite! So I'm really glad I kept her around now.
Hey everyone!
Apologies for the lack of uploads. Some renovations where more substantial than expected.
The girls have been fantastic tho! I haven't had to touch them since their final defoliation and they have all grown some lovely frosty buds :)
The multiple tops are a solid foot of buds on every plant.
Terps wise only the front left plant is the papaya fruits smell, the rest are kushy earthy skunkyness.
Yield won't be a showstopper but should be more than acceptable.
The back left plant is showing the most promise but unfortunately isn't the fruity twrps one.
I have given them their final feed on the day of this video and I'll be flushing from now on. They will have a good 10-14 days of flushing as they are a 10 week harvest.
